Great location..

The location was superb.

A family with children booked into a smoking room-disgraceful. Also, breakfast was served till 1030am, when we went at 1015am not much at buffet and to make it even worse they started hoovering at 1030 am!! Swimming pool shut on Sunday and Monday because of greek Easter- how ridiculous. Staff very poorly trained and rude. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

only one elevator working, the other one was broke for the 2 days we were there and nobody seemed to care about it. Consequently, during hotel pick hours, around noon, waiting times of 15-20'

Is located in the heart of the city. Very nice and comfortable- we booked a suite and it was great!!!

Location and location! Magnificiant vue on Thessaloniki Bay. Nice athmosphere in the hotel and arround the hotel. Very kind and professional staff on the reception. Perfect breakfast.

A small remark only to the staff from the breakfast terrasse. Politeness is more appropiate to this hotel.

Very central position very clean very helpful staff.

Roof terrace was closed and the weather was fabulous! The noise in the night from street revellers. Travelling alone I thought I could chat to other people in the hotel bar but this was empty and v old fashioned.

Location was great, I was there on business. Very central. The staff were also very helpful with questions about the local area/ where to go.

It states that the hotel has a fitness suite. It has 1 treadmill (not working) and 1 bike plus some old weights. This equipment is in the same room as the indoor pool and is very warm for working out.

Location Rooms were very clean

The attitude of Receptionists were Unacceptable. Sometimes they even didnt say hello back to us. Also our room was one of the two rooms of the floor that had view to the garbage bins (the worst view , although the hotel was practically empty ) I would not recommend it. You can find better

It is the best hotel in Thessaloniki.The location is excellent.The staff is always ready to help in every way.I have stayed there before and whenever I visit Thessaloniki its the only place that I would stay.Keep up the good work

The spa center at the hotel is really an disappointment. The sauna was not working and the indoor heated pool is very small.

Location is perfect. Right in the centre.

The breakfast for a 5 star hotel was quite poor. Rooms had a bath tub rather than a shower. Furniture in the room a bit dated and out of condition

The breakfast was good with beatuful sea&city view from roof garden.

It was so hell smoky smell in all room, including bedroom. I'm not smoker, and I mark it as my preference.

The location was excellent. The hotel was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent (and breakfast terrace). Reception staff was very helpful. The quilt and pillows were very comfortable.

The bathroom was cleaned but on one day (31st January) the bed was not made. There should be more channels on TV (for example, BBC Entertainment, movie channels, etc.)

Great location. Good room. Great view from rooftop restaurant.
