Excellent hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa and work out area. Small but ok pool. Hotel is situated close to market area which is a must visit. Lots of dining possibilities close to hotel, and most of them give excellent value for money. Nice breakfast. Would probably book a room with sea-view next time.

Wi-Fi is crappy, twin beds did slide apart all the time, quite annoying. Hotel restaurant on the roof have a stunning view, but apart from that many of the main meals we tried did not give the expected value for money compared to other external restaurants. British pub in hotel was closed during our stay no one seemed to know why.

Electra Palace is a mythical hotel in Thessaloniki, it has in my opinion the best location one could possibly dream of, right on Aristotelou square in front of the sea.

i was a little bit disappointed with the hotel, the room was nothing special, the floor carpeting has aged and the bathroom was very small for a five star hotel. The breakfast was also very disappointing in my opinion, the croissants were stale, the whole products on display were not of the best quality and had nothing special or at least nothing you could not fing in a four or three star hotel. The value for money is not good in my opinion.

Friendly approach from your front desk staff! I asked for a possible later check out in order to be able to stay in my room until departure - no problems whatsoever and no additional charge!

Bathrooms are too small and not very clever designed! When showering - all water ends up on the floor! The WC to close to the wall for a grown up man - you can hardly sit on the seat due to lack of space! Cheap shower and shampoo products! No shoe cleaner in the whole hotel!

I liked the hotel view and the decoration of the room. The breakfast was excellent!!!!

First I would change the blanket at the rooms with duvets because it destroys the whole image of the room . the was a bad smell in the lobby area after a heavy rain

After a rocky start with mistaken cancellation of our booking due to the change of my credit card that was not properly registered by the hotel system everything else was just perfect! I and my husband celebrated the New Year and we had one of the best and most luxurious experiences in Thessaloniki ever. The Electra Palace Hotel does not come cheap but it's worth each spent euro.
