Rooms are of decent size for a family plus moderately clean. Price of room is also reasonable. Location - This is the worst and most unsecure area in Athens as faced by us. I had a pick pocket in metro station and my wife gold necklace had been snatched in the same area. It is not at all safe and ideal for a family, might be ok for a young couple to stay in such location. Area is unsafe from 10pm at night and both the incidents occured at out of office hours. Never felt such unsecure in any other country before in Europe. Theft and all are very normal in the area specially Omania square, so if you want to stay in this area, be extra secure and careful. Even we went to police station to complain and they also looked quite relaxed at normal even after hearing all these incidents, not very normal as being in UK. AC is almost a must in Athens though rather than being in double bed room, AC is fitted in the single room, which was a bit odd.

although the staff can not speak good English, but they were friendly. the price is attractive. The location is not good at all, since that area is really unsafe. I had to go back to the hotel very early everyday.

Only one thing that is worth noting that was in anyway good, was the view of the parthenon The room was dirty, the bathroom had a shower, but no seperate section, it was just the shower onto the floor of the bathroom. The bed linen was stained and had holes in it, and to top it off it was infested with fleas. I was due to stay for 4 nights, but left very early on the second day due to my ankles being bitten and the un-desirable people that were in the area after dark

The Hotel Staff was friendly and assisting, the Owner was aggressive but with the situation at the moment in Greece, he may had his problems, we justify him. I think. The value for money is amazing, near the metro and weith a decent room, we paid for double rooma nd got a 3 bed big room, it had airondition and a refridge where we could bring and save food, drinks etc. In times of need and cheap residence arranged at the last moment this was an Oasis. The Hotel owner was aggressive, althouth the Staff very friendly, I justify him with all the stress happening in Greece regarding Poverty. But I have to mention it.

Reasonably priced hotel all things considered. Athens is not the nicest city. You will get considerably more for the same price on the islands. Location is a bit concerning. However there are police in the area.

The Hotel is well-placed: 2 min from Omonia square e 5 min from Monaistiraki square, because of you can take fastly the metro to go everywhere you want. The price was cheap, the room was clean and noiseless and the bathroom restyled and clean. Towels were not changed everydays, the bathroom was without hair dryer. Omonia square is not the safest part of Athens.

The hotel staff were so, so helpful and did all they could to make sure my stay was a good one. The towels, sheets and room were very clean-- this is a decent place to stay for a night or two while making a transfer from Athens to the islands. The accommodations (beds, room decor, ect...) were a bit old and rickety.
