Situated in the heart of Athens, Delta Hotel is just steps away from the central train station and 2 minutes’ walk from the metro, providing comfortable accommodation and free Wi-Fi in public areas.

The recently refurbished Hotel Claridge, is conveniently located in the center of Athens, very close to the metro station at Omonia square.

Really dirty rooms and bad smelling bathroom (moist on the ceiling). The door of the fridge FELL OFF when we tried to open it, but actually that just gave us a good laugh!!! :D All the noice came very clearly also from the corridor from other guests of the hotel, luckily not that bad from outside from the street though.... Also the internet didn´t work as well as we hoped; went on and off all the time...
It's in the center and the place is clean. The staff was very friendly. Near the hotel there were a lot of cheap shops.
The street was quite noisy(traffic) and a it was impossible to sleep all night. The wi fi was available only at the reception and the stairs - in the room it was constantly disconnecting.
The best thing is that this hotel is next to Omonia metro / bus station. The lowest price. Also there is wifi, water, wc, conditioner. I stayed there for 1 night, then was far from Athens for a week and when returned, they said that there is a mistake and all is booked, but as I have paid them long time ago, they booked me another hotel and paid for a taxi. And so I really recommend to all go to hotel they booked for me, it is - Moka hotel. All was super nice there (and its only 8 euros more) =)
Wasn't able to catch wifi in the room, it is not so clean, people too much smoking in the first floor where I cought wifi, conditioner was too loud.
The location was great Great value for money
Lack of maintenance all over (like a lot of other places in Athens)
The room was nice for the money. The staff did their job. Gave me good recommendations.
The neighborhood was intimidating.
Good location, great choice for short visits in Athens with very good access to the port through Line 1 train line (Omonia-Piraeus) and good value for price
Try to avoid the narrow or smaller streets around Omonia square during the night
Wasn't expecting much, didn't get much. But at least it seemed reasonably clean, the A/C was strong, and it was dirt cheap.
Old building, outdated rooms, no shower area just a faucet and a drain in the bathroom, no wi-fi in the rooms, just the public areas.
Bathroom broken and very very very small; courtains broken; door and window broken; unconfortable bed; towels never changed; dirty shower curtain; dripping fauced; many lamps broken; one of two member of staff was grumpy and he doesn't speak english
cheap near to the city center helpful staff
not clean very small elevator
Rude Staff No english in staff No willingness to help No willingness to charge in the correct mean of pay Dirty towels Dirty room Hotel seems to be the hour rent hotel kind.
Everything was great
For the price of a hostel you will have your privacy! Near to everything
Very old facilities
it's close to the metro and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
Awful. Small rooms, old building with a lot of noises, couldn't sleep at nigth. Staff and guests smoked in all areas, even if there is a sign of "non-smoking", so the whole hotel is stinky. Staff is not so polite. The wifi only work in the stinky lobby.
It is cheap and close to the city center.
There is no air conditioning in one of the two rooms. It is as hot as hell. But when you open the balcony, dozens of mosquitoes attack you. And the noise from the street doesn't let you sleep as well. Recommendation to the owner: to install an air conditioner in every room and to put nets on the balcony doors to prevent mosquitoes flying in.
It's a decent price for a room with en suite bathroom. The hotel, though a bit shabby, seems clean and has what you need - bathroom, a/c
The area (which is where many hotels are in Athens) is rather seedy, but I've been there several times and though the area looks a bit scary, it doesn't seem to be dangerous. I did find one cockroach in the room
location view clean bed
internet works till 6 floor Indian people
the staff were so rude ..its the worst hotel i have ever had
The front desk was always polite, helpful, and positive. The cleaning staff did a wonder job cleaning and keeping things in order. The room was small, but functional with a decent refrigerator and air conditioner. The bed was comfortable, sheets changed daily, the area was quiet at night. And it was only a five minute walk to the metro, making the location wonderful. For the money, I would absolutely go back.
Although there was great WiFi in the common area, it would have been nice to have it in the rooms. I was able to get internet in my room, and I was on the 5th floor, the signal was very weak. A few WiFi boosters would put internet throughout the entire hotel, and that would be a great selling point. That said, I was able to access the internet almost all of the time.
Very close to Omonia station, convenient to catch an early ferry Value for money was very good
Mattresses are a bit old, everything else is fine as long as you don't expect much.
The younger guy who attended was friendly, but had another, older, that was rude. He was usually in the morning.
The refrigerator door, in the room, was loose and had to leave the card that connected the energy of the room at the reception. So you could not use the refrigerator. The bathroom had no box and only one small showers hand. After bathing, the bathroom was all wet.
The price was very good, we paid only 24 euro for one night in a double room.
With the low price comes lower standard thats a fact! :)
Good rooms, clean baths and toilets
No internet in floors, people do not know english in lobby
Near a metro station Air conditioning Good price
Wifi not strong enough in level 2
the location is just amazing!! very Close to the metro station Omonia. That is the only good thing about this place.
The bed was really really uncomfortable, The Television set was not working properly and it was verrrrrrry small. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and bathroom doors looked ancient and broken here and there. Towels were not changed and I found them very dirty! Very Noisy place in the evening. If you are comfortable with all this, then go ahead and book. I am sure there must be other good places. AND THERE WAS NO INTERNET FACILITY IN MY ROOM!!!!HORRIBLE!!!
