Small rooms Road noise

Polite and smiling staff, clean rooms, good standard of facilities, good value for money

Poor training/ management of employees: On breakfast they seem unable to cope with the increased number of people, despite being hard working and willing. They were obviously lacking a good systematized way of cleaning tables and re-setting them up for the next guest. Second flaw: There were no "Do not disturb" signs in the rooms. As a result, cleaning ladies would knock the door at 10:00 in the morning. If this would not wake you up, the mini bar refill guy knocks at 11:00....

Excellent place, highly recommended. People were very nice and the hotel location and setting really spectacular.

Kalamata was a nicer city than I expected, and I really liked the long beach boardwalk. The hotel is right on the beach, across the street. (The beach itself is okay, but not terrific). They had a very nice pool. Breakfast was excellent. Facility was clean and recently refurbished. Although the hotel is a bit down the road, maybe half a mile, from the majority of the restaurants, there are still several good restaurants very close by, and you can sit at a table right on the beach.

We stayed in a "family bungalow" which was actually a generously sized hotel with an extra sleeping loft. The loft is open to the downstairs with a railing. So there is no privacy for the adults downstairs. Also, if my children were younger, I would have been afraid that they would climb the railing and fall down to the next floor below. The air conditioning from the downstairs part didn't really reach upstairs, and my kids sleeping upstairs were too hot. The bathrooms have radiant heat under the floor tiles, and while that makes the floor dry quickly, it makes the bathroom very hot and steamy, not great in hot weather. Still, it saved us money to have all 4 of us in one room. Most Greek hotels have 2 single beds per room.

I had booked a three bed room and we stayed in a... two bed and a half room...

The bath in the bathroom was impossible to use as the shower door had a very limited opening and the bottom of the bath was all lumps and bumps!

όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό. το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στην θάλασσα. ο πρωινός μπουφές ήταν πολύ πλούσιος. ο χώρος πρωινού - δείπνου πολύ περιποιημένος. ευρύχωρο πάρκινγκ και κοντά στα δωμάτια. οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν πάντα πεντακάθαροι.

η πισίνα άν και πολύ μεγάλη ήταν ανοιχτή δωρεάν για εξωτερικούς επισκέπτες με αποτέλεσμα να μην βρίσκουμε ξαπλώστρα και πετσέτες. το ίδιο και στην θάλασσα με τις ξαπλώστρες. ο πελάτης του ξενοδοχείου δεν αισθάνεται "ξεχωριστός" άν και το κόστος διαμονής δεν είναι μικρό. το μπάνγκαλοου είναι αρκετά μικρό. ο μόνος χώρος για να κάτσεις ήταν το κρεβάτι. δεν έχει καρέκλες μέσα. άν και περίπτερο υπήρχε μακριά το mini market δεν ήταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο. το room service ήταν πολύ ακριβό!

Πολυ ευγενικο και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικο , πολυ νοστιμα και οικονομικα φαγητα , βρισκεται σε πολυ ησυχη και γοητευτικη τοποθεσια , πολυ κοντα στο κεντρο της πολης .

Ενω ειχα επιλεξει δωματιο στο κυριως κτιριο του ξενοδοχειου , μου ειχαν κανει κρατηση σε δωματιο των Μπακαλοους . Νομιζω οτι αυτα πρεπει να διαχωριζονται οταν ο πελατης κανει τη κρατηση . Τελικα μετα απο πιεσεις εμεινα σε δωματιο του ξενοδοχειου . Σχετικα υπερβολικη κρινω τη τιμη 40 ευρο κατ ατομο στο ρεβεγιον και τη τιμη μιας σαμπανιας 85 ευρο .

Troppo rumoroso ... Piscina con musica assordante. Per viaggi itineranti meglio fermarsi a Pilos.

η τοποθεσία πάνω στη θάλασσα με υπόγεια διάβαση προς αυτήν και η οργανωμένη παραλία. ποιότητα φαγητού.
