Elotis Suites  

The hotel is clean, the most friendly staff we have met on our travels. We can highly recommend Elotis.

It was our first time that we have visit Agia Marina and everything went fine.Well located hotel very clean and very friendly stuff both at the reception and at the bar.The rooms are located at far enough from the road and are very quit .Thank Nicol ,Mary and Dimos for your good service and kindness .Of course we will be back .

The bad condition of the pedestrian roads in the entire area...

Small and friendly. Close to the beach. Staff very friendly and polite, especially the cleaning ladies. Pool nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers. Very pleasant bar to eat breakfast.

Room 108 is too dark but the upstairs bedroom is lovely. There should be an upstairs wardrobe if the apartment had 4 guests. There were only 2 of us in room 108 so we used the downstairs

Environment !!

I liked the convenient distance to beach, tavernas, Chania town, bus stops etc. The Hotel has some nice rooms of a better quality than usual Greek holiday standard. Very friendly staff

Apartment very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff excellent and always helpful and courteous at all times. Location just across the road from the beach and within short walking distance from all major facilities in Aghia Marina and Platanias. Would definitely recommend.

A few more kitchen facilities would have been helpful, like a spatula, a tea towel and a j-cloth.

För lite folk på hotellet. Kanske beror på att det inte var högsäsång än.

Et utrolig flott hotell, og fantastisk personal med god service :) Kjempe fine leiligheter, rent og pent. Nydelig uteområde. Kommer helt garantert til og bestille på dette hotellet om jeg/vi reiser tilbake.Følte oss veldig godt mottat.

Nice living room, bedroom and shady gardens / terrace.

Bathroom too small. The shower was not a proper one, we had to hold the shower head in your hand while showering. No window that could be opened in the bathroom. Kitchen unit too small.

Keine Strandhandtücher, keine Geschirrhandtücher oder Geschirrspülmittel, keine Reinigung der Küche ( für 5 Euro Tipp wurde die Küche einmalig aufgeräumt), teilweise völlig ungeschultes Personal an der Rezeptzion mit sehr geringen Fremdsprachen, Computer- oder Inselkenntnissen obwohl man uns zu einer bestimmten Zeit zur Begleichung der Rechnung aufgefordert hat war es kaum möglich sich mit der hilflosen jungen Frau zu unterhalten, die bei jeder Gelegenheit lediglich auf den Kauf von Internetkarten hingewiesen hat.Poolbereich im Durchgang und zu dicht an der Straße. Strand in den Hotelnähe ist sehr schmal und verschmutzt, zum Baden ungeeignet. Poolbar Treffpunkt von einheimischen Spielern und unter Dauerberieselung von aufgenommenen Fußballspielen über eine Leinwand. Zimmer teilweise mit Blick auf Baustellenruine, einige Balkone nicht überdacht ( wir hatten 4 Tage Dauerregen), Bad sehr klein.
