Staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel location was excellent, it's right next to the sea and only a few mintues walk to the town center, We loved the restaurant which was extended into the sea. The standard room is a bit small. Recommend to book a suite if you have the budget. |

I liked the staff. They were very amicable and helpful and truly went out of their way to get us information needed and make us feel comfortable. I loved the small pool on the roof of the hotel: clean. quiet, relaxing, with a beautiful view. A terrific place to read, relax and swim, of course. The restaurant served delicious local foods. All in all, the hotel was pleasant and clean and gave us good value for our money. I did not like the smell from the restaurants that came into the hallway in the evening. In our air-conditioned room, the smell was fine. |

Hotel is very convenient for the position of the Gulf of Mirabello is that to reach the island of Spinalonga. Clean, with large continental breakfast. The price (80 € the double in August) is included with air conditioning. Easy to find parking nearby. Value for money ideal. You do not park your car on the side of the sea a few feet from the sea, if you will not find it full of salt water the next morning when the sea is rough!! :-) |

Our room was cosy and the view was beautiful. Air-Condition was included in the price. Parking was easy to find as the hotel is located in a quiet beach road. Breakfast was good but juices and coffees should be improved. We stayed for 3 days, sheets and towels were changed only on the first day. |

Swimming pool on roof garden. Nice staff. Beach across the street with free sunbeds, but very small. Breakfast too early. Equipment old and not working (phone broken, air con without remote, tv not installed, radio out of service, door self- unlocking : some problems solved within first day by adding a new phone, bringing a remote control from outside and changing the tv set). |

The hotel was right next to the sea, and almost all rooms seemed to have a view to it. It is situated in a really quiet part of Elounda, and it was within walking distance from the village's center. There is a traditional Greek cafe right next to it, offering a good alternative to the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything to eat, what was available was of dubious quality and the staff suffered from bad coordination. Furthermore, air conditioning was not included in price, one had to pay an extra EUR 6,00/day not to get heat stricken at noon. |

the staff working in the restaurant where very nice The standard of bathroom and shower was very poor ,and the size of the room did not suit three people. The single bed was just sofa very uncomformable to sleep on for seven nights. |

The Akti Olous is located on the edges of Mirabella Bay, the views are stunning and you can actually dine on the bay or next to their beach in the Blue Sea Restaurant. The family and staff who run the hotel are charming, friendly and professional at all times. The terrace of our junior suite looked out over the bay, we just couldn't drink in enough of the unspoilt landscape. |

Неплохой бюджетный отель для самостоятельного путешествия по острову. Останавливались на 3 дня после возвращения с юга острова. Удобен для поездок по востоку. Для пляжного отдыха не подходит, пляж совсем маленький, умещяется только несколько лежаков. Неплохой ресторан при отеле, готовят вкусно. Очень неудобные ванные комнаты. Душевые кабины немного бы увеличили комфорт проживания. |

Sa localisation : à proximité de la mer (juste en face) et du port. La disposition de la chambre et de la salle de bain. La gentillesse des employés. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment médiocre notamment : jus d'orange imbuvable alors que les oranges en Crète sont si bonnes !... Pourquoi ne pas proposer de jus d'orange pressées ? Trop de monde pour une seule petite salle peu chaleureuse (donc salle très bruyante dès le matin....). Quelque fois pas de place pour s'assoir et il faut faire la queue pendant 1/4 d'h (et limite se battre) pour avoir son café car une seule machine pour 200 clients !!! Enfin, des glaçons dans le lait.... ??? |

Hotallets eire var ekstremt gjerrige. Personalet var ikke hyggelige. Frokosten var kun til kl. 09.30. Badet uten såpe. Vi hadde svitte rom som var stort ,med flott balkong men ellers ingen ting ekstra. Prisen var også veldig høy for dette rommet. Maten på resturanten var veldig dyr, men lokalet var bra. Smilekurs til personalet. Senke prisene,dette var kun et 3 stjerners hotell. |

De ligging ,nabij het dorpje Elounda! De kamer was klein, een douche i.p.v. een badkuip, je moest de sproeier tijdens de douche vasthouden, de snackbar op de bovenverdieping was gesloten, het ontbijt eentonig, de foto's op de site waren veel belovend! |
