The hotel was right next to the sea, and almost all rooms seemed to have a view to it. It is situated in a really quiet part of Elounda, and it was within walking distance from the village's center. There is a traditional Greek cafe right next to it, offering a good alternative to the hotel's breakfast. The breakfast was a joke. There was hardly anything to eat, what was available was of dubious quality and the staff suffered from bad coordination. Furthermore, air conditioning was not included in price, one had to pay an extra EUR 6,00/day not to get heat stricken at noon. |

the staff working in the restaurant where very nice The standard of bathroom and shower was very poor ,and the size of the room did not suit three people. The single bed was just sofa very uncomformable to sleep on for seven nights. |

The Akti Olous is located on the edges of Mirabella Bay, the views are stunning and you can actually dine on the bay or next to their beach in the Blue Sea Restaurant. The family and staff who run the hotel are charming, friendly and professional at all times. The terrace of our junior suite looked out over the bay, we just couldn't drink in enough of the unspoilt landscape. |

Great location, nice rooftop pool and garden area with beautiful views Toliet leaked noisily the whole time, bathroom was a bit smelly, new towels were not put out in the 4 nights I was there |

La gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Posizione direttamente sul mare, su una strada con pochissimo traffico. Qualche malfunzionamento non grave in bagno non poteva essere sistemato in 6 giorni. |

la ubicación es estupenda, tienen una mini playa con hamacas y una terraza-cenador justo a la orilla del mar. No es normal que cobren el uso del aire acondicionado y menos sin avisar claramente de ello (6€/día). Tampoco parecen llevar muy bien el registro de los cobros, porque en el último momento, justo cuando nos íbamos, el recepcionista creía que no habíamos pagado, luego tampoco sabía qué precio tenía nuestra habitación y por último pretendía que debíamos 16€ sin aclarar en concepto de qué. Fue una situación bastante desagradable. |

el lugar que tiene para desayunar fuera del hotel no tiene aire acondicionado hay que pagarlo por dia, las fotos de la web que tienen no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Quisimos cambiar y nos cobraban la estancia entera |

een prijsvriendelijk/kwalitatief hotel met goede faciliteiten (leuk zwembad-een klein privé strandje), maar vooral een goede keuken met een restaurant op de steiger en een romantische omgeving. |
