I was told that I needed to ware smart trousers for dinner, however after spending money on the trousers I came to dinner to find that this was not the case and the other guests were in shorts?? I wasted 20 euros on something I did not need.

After that we upgrade our booking at the front side of the hotel it was realy good

The hotel has two faces the front side that is quite good and the back side that is realy bad its impossible for a family with two kids to stay in a such bungalows all together its realy poor for a 4star hotel

The bongalo was one room with two joint bed and a Bunk Bed. after one night we apgraded to a big suite for a resenable price and from that moment everything was just perfect and I can recommend this hotel with all my hart.

κάκιστη επιλογή προσωπικου κυρίως στο χώρο της ρεσεψιόν κάτά την πρωινή βάρδια. η υπάλληλος δεν μπορούσε να μας ενημερώσει αρχικώς για την ακριβή τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κατά την μετάβασή μας σε αυτό. περαιτέρω, ενώ είχαμε κάνει κράτηση για δωμάτιο 25 τ.μ. με καθιστικό, μας έδωσε αρχικώς κλειδί δωματίου 15 τ.μ. και μάλιστα τρίκλινο. στη συνέχεια προσπάθησε να μας πείσει ότι το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο και ότι ως καθιστικό μπορούσε να λειτουργήσει το ... τρίτο κρεβάτι. επίσης απέδωσε ευθύνη για αυτό στο booking.com. λίγο πριν μας δώσει το κλειδί του δωματίου που έπρεπε μας ζήτησε επιπλέον 30 ευρώ, τα οποία δεν δώσαμε. λοιιπές διαπιστώσεις: μούχλα στην σπασμένη μπανιέρα. φθαρμένες πετσέτες. δείγματα χλωρίδας στην "κλειστή" πισίνα. έλλειψη ενημέρωσης στον ικανότατο μασέρ για το νέο μας δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα να μας περιμένει στο παλιό. ενημερωτικά φυλλάδια και πινακίδες στα γερμανικά, ρώσικα κλπ αλλά σπανίως στα ελληνικά. ανύπαρκτη δυνατότητα πρόσβασης στο ίντερνετ.

Veuillez vous rapporter à ma réclamation envoyé le 14/06/11 sur customer.service@booking.com (pour mes réclamations sur le traitement de ma réservation. Ensuite, ce que je n'ai pas apprécié c'est qu'au niveau du restaurant, il n'y a pas d'espace non fumeurs...au petit déj, ce n'est pas du tout agréable de se trouver avec des fumeurs d'autant plus lorsqu'on a des enfants...J'attends votre réponse sur ma réclamation

Hotel molto carino dotato di tutti i comfort personale cordiale, c'era prevalenza di turisti francesi cosi l'animazione parlava solo francese. La Spiaggia del hotel era vicina però era molto piccola. Il cibo non era eccezionale si potrebbe migliorare, la cucina era di prevalenza greca o francese . Nota positiva fuori c'erano dei cagnolini adorabili!!!!!!

Nessun aspetto negativo l'unico neo il cibo e l'animazione prettamente francese

θελω να παραπονεθω γιατι μου ειπαν οτι δεν ειχε σταλει η κρατηση απο εσασ αμεσωσ και αν δεν επεμενα το ξενοδοχειο υποστηριζε επι ωραπωσ δεν υπηρχε κρατηση.

L'animation, les piscines, le cadre, les bungalows pour enfants sont spacieux et très sympa, les repas sous forme de buffet varié.

Les lits un peu durs à mon goût.
