One of the reviews I read before booking this hotel hit the nail on the head; this hotel will work just fine if you are briefly passing through Athens and need a place to stay. The breakfast and service are good but I would not use it for an extended period of time. It is directly off the Metro line which can get you to the airport in 45 minutes. |

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, strange but well-done breakfast with some variety, good price, ok for one night Tacky area of Athens, very small room on the pleasant side of a prison cell, to start the air-condition you have to close the blinded windows - and shut out any daylight...Not suitable for longer stays. The "design" aspect is a nice touch, but don't fall for the pics |

It was quite close to Omonia Station, the staff were friendly and the hotel was warm. The staff wre scruffy, there were no coat hangers in the wardrobes, the room was badly in need of a good clean and was more than ready to be decorated, and it was tiny, so small there was only one bedside table, the other one was at the bottom of the bed! The vending machines did not work. |

The bathroom was everything but clean, full of hair of whatever type. The guy at the reception in the night-shift was really unpolite and also unfair: the lock of my room' s door was not working, and I had the room changed. Then I discovered that another customer had the same room, as the morning after he was complaining about the same door. It means the recept. Gave him the same room after me!!! |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Free secure (wpa) WiFi access in the entire property (rooms included, of course). Room and bathroom were both very clean. Located just 5 mins' walk from Omonia, you can easily reach the airport via subway: catch the red line to Syntagma (2 stops) and then transfer to the blue line for the airport. Total journey = approx. 45 minutes and 6 Euros. |

nothing I was told that I could have an early breakfast by staff but when I arrived in the restuarant the woman knew nothing about this. The staff did not ask about my comfort or warn that the area was not safe in the evenings. I would not have booked the Best Western (which I later found out was an privately owned franchise). Terrible experience. |

Room was quite clean. Staff at check in time was not very helpful. No bar service. Fridge empty. Small room and even smaller bathroom. Rai 1 was the only channel without sound and nothing has been done to fix it. Very old lift. Pictures not responding to the reality. Breakfast buffet poor and served in the terrace within a veranda with no air con/fan which made it more like a sauna/steem bath room. |

Clean rooms, decent price, location (and surroundings) not as bad as expected - quite ok actually. Breakfast time preferably available earlier, e.g. starting from 6.30 am. |

Nothing Extremely dissapointing experience, wouldn't recommend it to other persons at all; the most important disadvantage of this hotel is its location, in a very bad area of Athens were prostitution is accepted and performed; at the entrance of the hotel we were "welcomed" by a druged prostitute, and could not sleep during the night due to the quarelling, and to the police raids and ambulances |

The staff service was quite good The location is a little on the bad side of street and the rooms are really really small. And unfortunately, our bathroom had a really bad musty smell that they are not able to get rid of. In general, it was a bad stay and not worth the price. |
