Great value for money. Rooms renovated, excellent bathroom. Not exactly spacious room, but large enough for our needs.Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an issue with sound isolation: you could hear some traffic noise through the walls (very central Thessaloniki spot). |

it was in a very good spot for Thessaloniki, very close to Ladadika for entertainment and main shopping streets was near. It was cheap comapring to other hotels in thessaloniki and at least they have 2 parking seats free for clients in front of the hotel. It's close to city exits if you travel outside of town. Hotel needs to be renovated. If they fix many small details in all rooms can become allot better. It's a pity that so small details in the rooms spoil the whole image of the hotel. Should be cleaner for beginning. Rooms close to street are nice but noisy, the room that gave us was very small but they change it when asked with a bigger one but this had mould in the ceiling and smelling bad every day. parking is impossible in the area, only 2 parking places in front of the hotel, if you are lucky. Don't expect too much from he hotel, the way it is right now unless you are willing to make some compromises for the price. |

It was on the bus route to my conference, and the breakfast was good. They did manage to find another room for me when I complained about noise. It is situated on the busiest road in the city. The hotel does not have a non-smoking policy. There was no bedside reading lamp in the room which was tiny. The walls are thin, TV noise and other external noise gets in. So does cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms. There is no internet facility, only wireless if you have your own laptop. |

The room was sufficient and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Although the room was good value for the price we paid, we would rate the hotel very poorly overall because of the colossally rude male manager/day receptionist. Simple questions were replied to with contempt and anger. It is clear that the manager should consider another occupation other than a public service job. The female evening/night receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful. |

It was very conveniently located; easy to find and reach from the bus station, and though central, very quiet. The bed had a good firm mattress and crisp clean sheets. The breakfast was very good and served in a pleasant little room. I would gladly stay there again. The room I had for the first 2 of the 3 nights I stayed had a very cramped bathroom. Not a big issue, but when they put me in another room for the 3rd night I was pleased to find the bathroom more convenient. |

Location and view from room and roof top terrace. Location - although within a few minutes of the Acropolis, the area in the immediate vicinity of the hotel was run down and at times, groups of men hanging around. However, did not feel particularly threatened. |

Clean room, good breakfast, helpful staff, great location for shopping, transportation, restaurants and visiting tourist locations. The staff member who checked me in was rather brief and abrupt (borderline rude), but he improved upon further acquaintance. The rest of the staff was very friendly. |

The staff is really ok and the price is fair for a Thessaloniki, city where it is difficult to find a decent hotel for less than 50 euros/night. Very good location, in the very middle of the center of the town. The breakfast is not very rich but the food quality is good. |

Excellent location on one of the main streets. The hotel is located close to bus stop and it is easy to take a bus to the airport or train station. Nice street view from the balcony. Small bathroom. Elevator was out of order. |
