A beautiful neoclassical building in the center of Athens. The flat contains 6 fully renovated apartments made in June 2016. Easily reachable with various means of public transportation. All rooms are bright and airy with balcony. It has new bathrooms, furniture, beds, office equipment, refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, serving items etc. Wireless Wi-Fi, washing machine, A/C and electrical heating panels in all apartments. A) Beige apartment of 101 sq.m mezzanine floor. It has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It can host 7 persons. B) Brown apartment of 75 sq.m 1st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom. It can host 7 persons. C) Νimbus apartment of 120 sq.m 2st floor. It has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It can host 8 persons. D) Grey apartment of 120 sq.m 1st floor. It has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It can host 9 persons. E) Biscuit apartment of 60 sq.m mezzanine floor. It has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It can host 4 adults + 1 child. F) Green apartment of 75 sq.m 2st floor. It has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom. It can host 6 persons.

Neighborhood info

The apartments are located in the center of Athens near the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the National Technical University of Athens and near the National Archaeological Museum. The above mentioned apartments are suitable for use not only for Erasmus Students from September to June but also for tourists, visitors or businessmen who are interested in staying in Athens from June to September. Near the building there are stations and stops for many means of public transportation such as trolley buses and buses which allow you to reach the center of Athens (such as the Acropolis, Monastiraki, Thissio) in five (5) minutes. Furthermore, it is only a five-minute walk away from the the subway station (in Victoria Square) which offers access to many areas of Athens within a few minutes. Finally, very close to the building there are stores and shops to serve every need (super market, farmer's market, retail outlets etc.) as well as St. George's square and the pedestrian area of Fokion Negri which is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars.
