location towel service in room was poor, did not replace towels just took used towels away each day. The particular room had a terrible bathroom, door would open to 50% due to hitting the sink. The whole bathroom became the shower... the shower floor area was not drained off thus the whole bathroom became flooor became the the shower drain and would flood. Bathroom had a bad sewer smell. |

Hotel was actually very bad. It was not accessible by a disabled person.Too many stairs without any handraillings. The hotel was build in a cliff that was very difficult to climb down.The A/C was not working(temperature was 32C degrees). Room was dirty and dusty, minibar was not working and there were no glasses in the room. Everything. Management, rooms (by all means), improvement of accessibility. Four stars for this hotel were too much |

Wij herkennen ons niet in de negatieve reviews. Personeel was vriendelijk, er waren nieuwe handdoeken, kamers waren redelijk schoon. |

La ubicación es magnífica, junto al mar. En general el hotel está como nuevo, aunque en la habitación había algunos desperfectos sin reparar. El desayuno era muy bueno. Ningún problema para comunicarnos en inglés con el personal. Tuve un problema con un coche alquilado a través del personal de recepción (el coche no estaba en el puerto cuando llegó nuestro ferry, tal y como habíamos acordado), y el hotel no quiso ni ofrecer una disculpa, limitándose a repetir que era un problema entre la agencia y yo... a pesar de que ellos mismos reconocían que habitualmente derivaban a sus clientes hacia esa agencia. Excesivamente caro. |

Η θέα ήταν αρκετά καλή. Το πρωινό και ο χώρος που προσφερόταν μέτριο. Σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο δεν μπορεί να λέγεται 4 αστέρων. 2-3 αστέρων το πολύ. Μόνο τις λευκές πετσέτες που είχαν βάλει στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου (επειδή έσταζε κάποιο κλιματιστικό) και μαύριζαν απο τις πατημασιές των πελατών να έβλεπε κάποιος ως πρώτη εντύπωση θα απογοητευόταν ! Καταρχήν δεν υπήρξαν φρούτα και κρασί κατά την άφιξη (κάτι που σαφώς αναφέρεται για τα δωμάτια double room superior). Στην reception δεν ήξεραν καν ότι υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο και το έψαχναβ. Είπαν ότι παρότι δεν νομίζουν ότι υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο θα τα έχω την επόμενη ημέρα.Φυσικά δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε η υπόσχεση. Αφροντούς και σαμπουάν την δεύτερη ημέρα δεν τοποθετήθηκαν. |

Su vista al mar Mala atención, mala organización, nos hicieron esperar más de media hora. Nos asignaron un cuarto fuera propiamente del hotel de mala calidad y nos cobraron lo mismo. Muy caro. |

Certains clients réservent les fauteuils de plage ou de la piscine d'une façon incorrecte, à savoir par une serviette de plage mise ostensiblement sur le fauteuil sans l'occuper ou après l'avoir occuper, mais en le réservant alors qu'ils en sont partis... Dommage. |
