close to the port No internet in the rooms,no breakfast,no 24h reception.There is a petrol service station right next to it! Very medium quality hotel. |

The owners/staff were especially accomodating; the hotel is within a block or so of the ferry; after we checked out we sat in the lobby and worked on a very good internet connection; our baggage after checkout was stowed at no extra cost; we had a balcony overlooking the sea! Continental breakfast was extra cost and I would not purchase this in future as the cafes are close. |

Although the staff did not speak much English, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a great view. It was very hot - air conditioning or a fan would have been good. Also, there was a lot of noise from the port and road outside. |

The sea view from the window. Its location (very close to the harbour). Basic room, many things inside need replacement. The breakfast (poor quality). |

No nonsense, simple clean hotel. Just as you may expect, but not too often get. It's not as much the hotel, but more the city of Ermoupolis...: it's not that special and industrial. |

Die zentrale Lage, welche aber auch mit etwas Lärm verbunden ist. Zudem der äusserst zuvorkommende Inhaber. Das Zimmer war relativ einfach und etwas düster und entsprach nicht den Bildern im auf der Booking Homepage. |

Magnifica ubicación frente al muelle desde el que puedes observar todo el trasiego de los ferries y la gente, y visitar la atractiva Ermoupolis. Muy buena atención de los entrañables propietarios (en especial de la matriarca Esperance). Buena relación calidad/precio. |

Das Hotel lag direkt am Hafen (schöner Blick vom Zimmer aus). Man ist sozusagen aus der Fähre direkt ins Hotel hineingefallen. Auch im Bezug auf die Stadt Ermoupolis lag das Hotel sehr zentral. Das (recht kleine) Zimmer war nichts Besonderes, aber sauber, was für mich das Wichtigste ist. Obwohl im Preis Frühstück inbegriffen ist, musste ich um das Frühstück förmlich betteln. Die ältere Dame an der Rezeption meinte, es sei kein Frühstück mit inbegriffen, und das, obwohl ich ihr die Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt habe. Gott sei Dank spreche ich ein wenig Griechisch, sodass ich auf mein Frühstück bestehen konnte. Englisch sprach die Dame an der Rezeption nicht. Ohne Griechisch hätte ich wohl vergeblich mein Frühstück gefordert (das im Übrigen ziemlich karg war). - Abgesehen davon sind Ohrenstöpsel angeraten. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen, und manche Fähren kommen auch mitten in der Nacht an. Dementsprechend laut ist es dann. Wenn einem der Lärm nichts ausmacht oder die Ohrenstöpsel ihre Wirkung zeigen, ist das Hotel zu empfehlen, denn der Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön. |

Die familäre Atmosphäre durch die Besitzerin (Mama). Die ausgezeichnete Lage direkt am quirligen Hafen und die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften Kein Strand in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe, der Lärm durch die am Hotel vorbeiführende Hauptstraße. |
