The hotel was extremely dirty, people staying there were so rude I wasn't comfortable walking in the corridor, noisy, staff (the manager) was so rude when I complained he pretended he didn't understand English. I booked the hotel for three nights, paid in cash when I got there, and had to leave as soon as I got to my room because of the suspecious people staying there and their suspicious behavior. They didn't pay any money back! I recommend Booking.com to remove this hotel from their list because it is more like booking a shanty tent then a hotel.
The hotel was well located. The room was good and clean. The bed was good too. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen, but for us it was good.
The staff don't smile at all. The problems started when we wanted to have a shower: if you like freezing water, please choose this hotel. When we ask for hot water their answer at my 4th ask was that it was because of the excessive use by the guests. We ask for the hairdryer we paid and in the end the day after we could get one, so we can use it instead of the conditioned air broken
Dirty and cold rooms (there is a clima but you don't have a remote conrol), Very Loudly, Read carefuly because the bathrooms are sheared.
It is on a noisy street, the shower area is too small.
Clean sheets. Friendly staff.
Many stairs, loud music (difficult to sleep), common toilet, outside poor environment with strange people.
It was clean and well located.
WiFi signal was poor. Not elevator, so we had to carry our heavy luggage through the stairs. There were some parties next to the hostel that doesn't allow us sleeping until 5am.
The location and the price (I could not find anything cheaper).
The noise during the night (bring earplugs) and the strong cigarette smell inside the room...
Hard to say
Close to all the action, shops, restaurants, public transport and sites.
The price don`t reflect the quality of this hotel and I would´nt recommend anyone to stay there. Too noisy street outside the window and the whole hotel or at least my room was weary cheep. As a compartment, now I'm in a hotel in Tirane, Albania that i pay 19 Euro for the room, and it is a quiet area not so long from the center and I think this hotel would easily classifies as a three or maybe a four star hotel. Hotel Europa would get a one star rating and that´s when I´m generous ;).
The place is old, rusty and not so clean. Looks like a cheap American motel.
Staff is friendly and speaks a decent English. Location is perfect. Many mosquitoes in the night.
Let's start... The photos on booking.com don't match with the actual room. It's the worst place i have ever been. We slept there for 3 nights of which only the one of them the staff visited the room. In that one time they hadn't changed the sheets which were very dirty from the beginning. Also there were bedbugs and we are still full of pimples.
It is suitable for young travelers. Good enough for staying the night. Air conditioning working all the time. It was suitable for us, because after an hot day of exploration, our room was ready and cold! Each floor has a Wi-Fi connection, so we were able to plan our next trips and see online tickets for trains and much more!
Noise!!! No aircondition, missing bedsheet, smell bathroom, feel not safe in the room of doorlock, bed impression
Very accomodating hosts
Air con is 5 euro more but the host decided to go to our room with the controller for free
Wifi in the room Comfortable beds
Booked a room with bathroom and got one without when we asked for bathroom in the room we had to pay more Aircon was just one button, could not adjust it
This is actually a hostel with no separate bathroom or toilet for each room, which would have been fine for this price, if only it hadn't been falsely called a hotel... And the room was so hot, noisy and full of mosquitoes (at least 15 of them) that none of us could sleep well, even though we stayed in bed for ten hours. I wouldn't recommend going there in Summer - the central location is great for tourists, but there are better ho(s)tels in the area.
Cheap but design is prehistoric.
1. it is ath the center 2.the stuff was friendly
1. The rooms didn't have bathrooms and it was not clear to understand it when we booked the reservations. so we had to pay extra money to get rooms with bathrooms instead of shared bathroom. 2.The hotel DOES NOT look like the pictures!!!actually it is a hostel and a bad one!!!It is a motel with a very specific reputation as we have been told!! 3. No lift!!! we had to carry our luggages 4 floors with some help of the receptionist 4.Very noisy location and not very good one at night. When we sum up the amount that we payed with all its disadvantages we would not recommend it unless you have no else where to stay or you want it < just for the night> !!
Stay in hotel europe for me was not good because Saturday night was super loud. We waited to be 5:00 in the morning to stop the music and be able to sleep. The room was good. But if you sleep there over the weekend to know that there are many nearby nightclubs which play super loud music!
I was in a 3 bed room. Very nice and comfortable
Friends were in two bed room. Very old and not as clean as the other room. So you need to have luck to get a nice place.
receptive staff free parking Excellent wi-fi
Very good location Very clean Very good staff Ideal for transit
Doesn't have parking but on the night you cand park the car for free in the parking on the right side on the same street(about 100m ahead), but only until 7.00 AM, after this hour it costs.
Motorcycle friendly hotel. We parked right in front of the main door. Very friendly staff. They speak English, German and Turkish.
Very noisy street. Untill 2-3 am. We had to close the windows. AC was very helpful.
