very good service,very good location

We had stayed before in 2005 and were so impressed we came back for our honeymoon. We both worked in Business travel for many years and have stayed at some lovely hotels, but this one stuck in our minds as one we wanted to return to.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and supplied us with maps to help with directions. We ate in the hotel restaurant two nights out of four. It is superb value for money, compared to prices in town and the food is excellent, some of which is their own produce.. We live in Kefalonia and can honestly say this is some of the best food we've had in Greece. Service in the restaurant was great and there is a good selection of wine. WiFi in the bedrooms was an added bonus. Cannot fault this hotel and we are already planning how we can incorporate it in our next trip to the mainland, even if it is just for one night.

Vey convenient for Olympia and lovely staff.

Noise travels in this hotel and it's worth noting that Greeks especially keep their children up past 10pm when they start to get very tired and upset!! So don't plan To go to bed before midnight if you want to sleep!!!

This is a genuine 10 put of 10 hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and everything was superb.

I would highly recommend the Hotel Europa. We were a family of four (two adults and two older teenagers) and the two level family room was spacious with a lovely outlook. The evening meal at the restaurant was of a high quality as was the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the ancients ruins of Olympia are glorious (I would suggest going first thing in the morning).

The hotel staff was very accommodating during our 2 day stay. I wasn't feeling well when we arrived and my boyfriend went to the restaurant and brought the menus to our room. He went and ordered our dinner and they brought it to our room for us. We had the most beautiful room with a spectacular view. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The day we were leaving I couldn't find my necklace. We looked everywhere in our room. I asked the cleaning staff as we were leaving if they could have a look. They found it almost right away. They were so wonderful and helpful our entire stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Hot water did not work well

We got an amazingly spacious corner room with separate mezzanine which came really handy for the kids. Room was very clean and confortable with very nice king size bed and wide corner balcony with amazing views over the Alfios valley. Outside there was a very inviting pool area with a bar and restaurant in later hours.

Nothing really other than a bit stiff personnel at the front desk -doormen were exceptionally helpful though.
