very kind srvice
Great value. Close to beach and sunset point. Bus stop on the door. Rooms are just what u need with comfy bed and fridge. Great air con. Anna is such a great lady and drove us around after our pick up so we could get our bearings. She dashed home to get us back to port on our last day. Its like living onsite of a family home. Loved it.
Anna was a splendid host -really friendly and made us feel welcome. She took the initiative to give us lots of details about Mykonos. Whenever she saw us waiting for public transport she always offered 2 take us 2 our destination. Upon arrival and departure she provided us with transport.
I like everything of this hotel, great hospitality, free transfer to the port and airport, near to the beaches, I will come back again!
Mykonos is an expensive island but in evangelia's place you can find a very good place for good price. Ana, the owner, will make you feel at home. The studio was big and confortable and the pool is perfect.
All were fine
My family and I stayed here. Anna was so nice. She picked us up from the pier and drove us to the airport. When we were lost, she also found us and picked us up. She is a very kind-hearted woman. We had an excellent time in Mykonos because of her hospitality.
Location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were able to explore pretty much everything we wanted. The family that runs it is also very pleasant. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, airy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place!
Wifi is only in public areas. Made it a bit difficult to get work done when we wanted to.
Good location,extremely helpful owner,swimming pool.
Rooms of an older era lacking view and light, very basic.
The owners were extremely kind and willing to help. Lovely and quiet, away from busy tourist areas. Bus stop is right outside, which made it extremely easy to travel around the island. The pool area was nice and spacious.
Limited kitchen facilities made it slightly difficult to cook. Curtain still let light through, which made sleeping in a little tricky!
Very warm friendly and nice place to stay. You relax and charge with positive energy. Close to the nice two beaches, walking distance and bus stop to the Mykonos town right next to the place. Anna is a great hostess, take care of you and picks you up and brings to the airport/boat station. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend this place for staying.
If you don't have a scooter or quad you have to take bus to the Mykonos town. It goes from early morning till 2 -30 at night almost every half an hour. And trip takes about 10 min by bus.
Camera da incubo Brutto e caro Nessuna privacy
The lady that owns the rooms was very friendly and picked us up from port, and took us to the airport the next day. A friendly lady who was keen to tell us all about the island. The rooms were very clean, but kitchen facilities looked poor, though we didn't use this. A nice pool with a good view, though it's a shame the pool bar isn't in use.
The location is not good if you have children, or trouble walking. The nearest beach (which is incredibly crowded!) is about 20min walk down a very busy road with no pavements, an then back uphill to the rooms. Although the bustop to get bus into mykonos town is right outside, it is always very packed (in summer season) - you will be lucky to get on! Mykonos itself is quite dirty compared to the other islands - litter everywhere! Everything is massively overpriced, you will get pestered by restaurant touts, it is brash and noisy and there are Mosquitos everywhere! - just don't go if you are hoping to experience the real Greece!
Family extremely friendly and helpful! Bus stops right outside accomodation to go into Mykonos town. Would defiantly stay here again!
Proprietess went way out of her way to be helpful, and even drove into town to get a coffee and croissant for my breakfast. Hotel right next to bus stop.
Mykonos is expensive, and spread out over hilly, narrow, and heavily trafficed roads. Walking on these is often necessary, but is unpleasant and dangerous. Buses can be crowded at night, and cost about $2 even for short distances. Most hassle and inconvience of any greek island, and only the super rich can afford to stay near the beach.
Owner was super nice lady. Gave us quick tour of island from when she picked us up at the port. Owner recommended a beach short walk (15mins) away from hotel that was lovely and secluded. Room was clean and tidy. Bus stop right outside the property with regular buses to main town.
Anna was such a nice and helpful host, she went of her way to help us book our ferry tickets to Turkey. The rooms are great for travellers on a budget. Kitchen. Very nice swimming pool. Short 10 minute walk to popular beach and grocery store.
Wifi was a bit patchy.
Evangelia is an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable owner - nothing was too much trouble in terms of picking up from the airport and taking to the port.
The traffic! As the nearest shops were a good 15 minutes walk away, which in itself is not a problem at all, but the roads were extremely busy for walking along. It would have been a real bonus to have had a kettle in the room!
Anna she's a wonderful hostel and helps us for everything. Thank you Anna we will remember you forever.
Situated at the quite coast of Agios Ioannis this is a perfect place for those who want to escape from the hectic of mass tourism. Good bus connections to Fabrica guarantee mobility all day and night long...
My stay at Evagelia's place could not have been better, the hotel is managed by a friendly and caring woman who picked us up from the port ( even with the fact that we arrived at 1 am ). The place is situated at Agios Ioannis, don´t bother your self too much looking the maps, it is around 10 minutes by bus to the center of Mykonos, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. ( Anna - the owner- will explain to you the time tables and it would be very easy to you to move around the island) In one hand If you like the beach, you will make a good choice because if you go left you have the ORNOS beach where are many restaurants and people, and if you go right you can enjoy a tranquil and cute beach. To reach them you will only have to walk 5 minutes. We really enjoyed both beaches. But we prefered the swimming pool, it was clean, nice and with comfortables hamacas where we could relax. About the rooms, the studios are very very nice, you can cook your own food. The rooms and studios are both very clean which make our stay very comfortable and nice. So we finished very happy with the hotel, the relation about price and quality is very good, I must say I think is cheaper than it should. Just want to stand out that we were helped in many things that the normal hotels won´t help you. So , we really recommend this hotel and we can't wait to come back. We were just three friends that went to Mykonos for the party but the hotel is tranquil so it is perfect for families too.
I liked so much Ana! She makes all for the people and she helped us so much!
Very helpful host. Lovely swimming pool.
A bit far from shops, restaurants if you had no transport. Close to bus stop though.
This family run traditional hotel was everything we could have asked for in Mykonos. If I had to describe it in 3 words they would have to be 'feels like home', l'm not sure if this feeling is the result of the motherly care from Anna or the friendly atmosphere amongst us guest around the pool. Our room was cleaned every day and had the most adorable stone shower (room 5). It included a fridge and cooker too. Will definitely be back on my next visit.
The only negative I could think of was the distance from mykonos town. On our first day we took the bus (10 minutes ride) but then we rented a scooter so town was less than 5 minutes away. On the other hand, for the odd night-in the quite location was welcomed.
All previous comments are true. Ms. Anna is wonderful and very helpful.
The hospitality was wonderful! Anna was welcoming and approachable, happy to help if necessary without being overbearing. Accommodation was more than adequate, spotlessly cleaned every day and outside areas and pool very well kept and pleasant gardens around the outside eating area.
Apart from the mattress and pillow being a bit firmer than I'm used to, nothing at all. It was a 5 star rating for a 2 star accommodation and I would highly recommend it!
