Fantasia Hotel Apartments    

The manager was a very bad-mannered person. The last day she asked us 20 euros because the sheets and the towels were very dirty!! (And we gave her the money because we didn,t want to loose the flyght). In the apartments of five person one of the beds is a very uncomfortable couch. In the morning, the water of the shower is cold

Friendly, helpful staff and room to spread out in a small apartment.

It is very cheap and the localization is good.

To take a shower, the water it wasn't very hot. We had to wait some time to the responsible girl open the apartment's door

this hotel is in the center and you can go every distance .Rooms are good .

There was ni hot water in 3 days. We asked this problem but no body did not solve the problem.Rooms and balkony were very dirty.

Clean and very good location. Nice staff and free wifi. Excellent price for a stay of 3 nights.

Not good for old people. There is no elevator. We have been lucky to stay on the first floor.

Central location, an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches. Friendly staff, separate bedroom with comfortable bed. Clean, bright, well equipped rooms.

Noise from adjoining rooms. The flats seemed to be popular with young people during our stay, perhaps a bit lively for anyone wanting peace and quiet.

The owner met us just a few minutes after our call letting her know we had arrived. The hotel was within a short walking distance to beaches, shops and the centre of Kos Town.

It is located on a noisy intersection so traffic noise was a bit of a problem during peak times.

Good Location, nice apparment.

We called the number form the website, to inform about our arrival, so we could check in, but nobody was answering. Then we called another phone number that we saw on board in the reception and the woman who answered the phone said, she will be there in 15mins. We were waiting more then one hour for her to come. Then she just told us which room, didnt show us around. We had to call again to ask where is the remote from the airconditioning and afterwords again to ask for the babycod, that was supposed to be there. Who was wery kind to us was a cleaning lady. But unfortunatelly she couldnt provide us even with enough toilet paper. We got one for 3nights of stay for 3people, after she said she doesnt have anymore left. We found timetable for the bus to go back to the airport, on board in the reception. The only problem was that the times were wrong. We were just lucky, that our son was getting impatient, so we left for the bus much earlier then planned, otherwise we would miss our flight.

Very good location for the city centre, nice rooms ,comfortable and clean, perfect for a group of friends

There was quite noise because of the traffic down the streets, so in the morning it was annoying. Rooms were very warm, but you can use air conditional if you like it

Zeer onpersoonlijke omgeving,sfeerloos hotel.

Big apartment with everything we needed.

Spacious rooms with a good size balcony. Some traffic noise, but it was not disturbing with the doors closed. Everything you need is close by.

No reception desk or possibilities to reach anyone except the cleaning lady

Läget var jättebra, trevlig restaurang i undervåningen.

Kyrkklockorna väckte alla klockan 7 varje dag helg och vardag. Det var inga tysta klockor kan man påstå men kyrkan låg ju vägg i vägg m hotellet. Snålt med toalettpapper, vissa dagar inte alls och en micro samt en stekpanna saknade vi. Annars är vi nöjda.

Appartamento grande e pulito

Non mi e' piaciuto il gestore dell'hotel, si e' presentata con un'ora di ritardo lasciandoci in strada con le valigie, ci ha dato la chiave dell'appartamento ed e' letteralmente scappata, avevamo pagato per l'aria condizionata e non funzionava, la porta d'ingresso non si chiudeva a chiave e sopratutto non ci ha avvisato che a da mezzanotte la corrente elettrica non era disponibile fino alle sette della mattina! Non rispondeva al cellulare e non si e' più fatta viva! Pessimo!! Non lo consiglio minimamente!!!

Staff quasi inesistente

İki kişilik oda bile iki ayrı odaydı ve oldukça ferahtı. Buzdolabı, su ısıtma makinesi, mutfak vs vardı. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek birkaç dakika uzakta.

Otel merkezde olmasi ve limana yakin olmasi nedeniyle her yere rahatlikla yuruyerek gidilebilmesi acisindan buyuk rahatlik tasiyor.Eger Kos adasina bir daha gelirsek,kesinlikle bu otelde kaliriz. Ferda - yilmaz canbaz

çOk temi̇z bi̇r apart otel. Saki̇n ve sessi̇z bi̇r ortami var. Merkezde olmasi avantaj. 1-2 gece konaklamak i̇çi̇n i̇deal.

Klozeti̇nde musluk olmamasi çok kötü.
