Faros I

设施很一般，凑合用吧，位置尚可，离码头的主路比较近，

Staff were great, room clean, air conditioned- its budget accomodation. There is a travel booking office on the 1st floor to book ferries out of Pireaus. In my opinion geography is Faros Is charm, i.e. its close to the Pireaus Port. I recommend Faros I to other travellers only in respect of convenience to Pireaus port, especially when you fly in and catch the 7 am Ferry the very next day.

Advised to take bus from Athens airport to Pireaus and that the bus stopped outside. It cost me 5 euros. That may or may not be true, I provided the bus driver with the street name, he dropped me off 7 blocks from the hotel. I recommend you print off a map and show it to the bus driver (make sure you can see the cross streets), hopefully you will have better luck. Not a complaint but I can not recommend Faros I for long term accomodation in Athens , you would be better served to look at places near the Acropolis/Parthenon.

Location could have bee better. Some of the pavements near the hotel were in a bad state of repair

Clean, big, quiet rooms. Comfy bed. Great price for what you get.

A bit of a walk from where the ferry dropped us off and not the easiest to find in the middle of th night. Plus the taxis are not keen to take you there as the fare they will get is not much.

It was a good value hotel for stopover en route to islands

Great location for cruise terminal and excellent value for money.

It's near the port. Room is clean. The staff is very nice.

Proxcimity to the port and to the transportation system. Shops were close by and the people were friendly.

There was only one computer for the guests to use so we had to take turns. Not handicap friendly. Steps down to the elevator hard to neotiate with suitcases.

Proximity to the Cruise Ship Terminal and value for the money.

The street the hotel is located on is less than welcoming, especially at night!

Faros 1 was much better than we expected especially for a budget hotel. It is well located about 15 minutes walk from the ferries and we found a v good restaurant over the hill and by the side of the small port to the south. About 8 minute walk. We enjoyed our overnight stay and would happily have stayed longer.
