Hotel was very clean and looked after well. Hotel was in a good place for the use of public transport so close by.
Front reception staff were great, But the manager it seems to be of the iro resturant for breakfeast was a very rude arrogant person, he brought the whole place down with his attitude, he would swear and curse in greek but little did he know my.wife speaks fluent greek.
reception staff doesn't have good welcoming, greeting and doesn't smile....
Excelent room and breakfast. Very nice restaurant.
Location. You have to pay for the wi-fi.
Nearby noisy "highway" and almost all night barking dogs in the neighbor; office house garden.
Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful especially the manager.
I didn't like the room. A very strange layout. The bed was one of the fold up into the wall type which are a bit scary! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were dreadful! The 'continental' breakfast was not good. The pool area was nice but a lot of noise from the road.
Equal good for business and leasure. Nice view and right next to the beach and marina.
You are quite dependent on a car. Not so many cafes and shops nearby.
Small parking, Breakfast inappropriate for a four stars hotel; the doors to the terrace of the breakfast area was blocked They retired the payment in the moment of booking although I asked to pay cash
Πολυ περιποιημενο .Το πρωινο πολυ καλο και το δωματιο καθαρο.
τo wi-fi λιγο πιο απλο θα μπορουσε να ειναι.
The staff in this hotel were very pleasent and helpful. The room was very clean as was the ensuite. It is a very good location and only across the road from where you can access the Tram into the centre of Athens.
Beware the Bar, we travelled right up through Central Greece and down the East Coast and not once did we buy a drink at the price we were charged in the Bar of the Fenix. Very Expensive. Which is a pity as it meant that we would not sit there in the evening and as the bar was always empty, it seems the other guests thought so too!
Friendly staff - nice room
The outside facilities needs improvement
Employees of reception , when asked should explain more to the guests about transportation, how to use the tram -bus ,etc.
Near the tram and the bus station . excellent breakfast sea view
poor pool .
İt was clean and comfortable.
Receptionist was not smiling and helpful.
The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller.
Breakfast, pool, nice manager
incredibly unprofessional staff. two older waiters made my stay very uncomfortable and disgusting. one of them is constantly winking, throws salacious comments (i'm a girl) and looks at girls like horny bull. the other is trying to forcibly kiss women who were alone. disgusting!!
Good location and sea view
Very small room and tiny bathroom with no space to place your personal items and water that was coming from hot to cold by itself -poor breakfast quality and quantity .The breakfast room and tables were oldfashioned and all the tables dirty around us!nobody was cleaning after guests were finishing their meals and staff were waiting for everybody to finish in order to start cleaning!there were no catlety in the tables neither cups and we had to ask for everything individually -AC was making too much noise and was not working properly
the hotel in in a good position facing the Athen marina, not far from Glyfada city center where all the restaurants are. Breackfast was quite good with a rich buffet.
the room was not very well insonorized, room a bit too small considering the Best Western standards. The lift was too small, fortunately we did not carry a big suitcase.
hated the cleanliness AC didnt work Rooms way too small all of hotel smelled like smoke Dirty all around
Food was wonderful.
Did not enjoy the "shape" of the tub in the bathroom. Never saw one like it! Dificult for older people to get in or out!
Staff - attentative & polite
Bed Tired looking building Menu Noise/traffic
Free tea and coffee Poolside area is relaxing Hotel needs some music
The air conditioning is extremely poor. People who are not from Greece are not used to this heat. Staff needs to greet the guests, they hardly ever do.
Hotel was clean but not the level I am accusstomed to here in the States. Also their cribs are very outdated and dangerous to little fingers they need to upgrade to the more safer ones. Cleanliness well we had a room booked for our last week we cancelled and we wont be back here again
The swimming pool was ok. They could have kept it open longer, but anyways. The people were also nice and with fair english knowledge. Good housekeeping.
- The breakfast was by far the poorest buffet i have seen. Two types of ham, feta, hard cheese, olives, eggs, some potato crochets, sausages and from time to time bacon. The orange juice had too much ice in it and it would get a bad taste. - We had ants in the bathroom. - The noise from the street made it impossible to sleep with the balcony door open and without AC it would get really hot and stuffy in there. With the AC on (it doesnt shut off when the desired temperature is reached) we woke up with stiff necks. - The price was really too much for what this hotel has to offer. - Wifi internet was really poor, not because of the wifi connection but because of the internet connection. At peak hours (20:00 ish) you couldnt even browse a simple text news-site. - The cabs called by the reception tried to rip us off (didnt turn on the meter).
Friendly staff, clean, very close to the beach
Close to the tram, you can go to the center of Glyfada for like 1.40 euro(recommend you to take a taxi to Athens, takes forever with the tram). Pool also really great, fresh and big, lots of sunbeds!! You even get fresh pool towels every day. Cleaning very good. Nice staff, friendly.
The hotel is located quite "off" no supermarket or a kiosk around but it works. Breakfast quite booring after a few days, same every day. One thing that bothered me was that when we booked a taxi through the reception, nobody told us that the driver added 2-3 euro so don't go to Glyfada with the taxi, just a waste of money! Either walk or take the tram.
