Location is near west side of Lefkada with beaches, the host Pedro is very friendly, cleaning every day, mini market and bakery in the neighbourhood.

Good location on the west coast, all the nice beaches are in convenient driving distance. Clean and quiet, this place is perfect for a mid-budget hotel. The owner is very friendly and always ready to help, highly recommended !!!

Very comfortable place near all the most beautiful beaches of the west side of lefkada. The place is really clean and nice. The cleaning service is made every day with fresh towels every two days. The owner is really nice and very helpful and it's available 24h a day for every problem or concern someone might have. There'is an internal parking for cars and an external one located one block away from the pension. We reccomend this place and we'd definitely come back here! Angela & Nicola

The hotel is positioned in a very good area. To rest comfortably and very close to beaches and the center of lefkades. Person in Charge for the hotel always coming assistance for everything. Pedro good job, hope to see you again;)

Excellent feeling of greek hospitality! Pedro is a great guy making you feel welcomed and wanting to stay more.

We had a pleasant stay at Pansion Filoxenia. It is close to Ag. Nikitas and Kathisma beaches. The location is in Tsoukalades village, next to a coffe shop, some taverns and a mini market. The owner, Pedro, was very nice and gave us some good insights about what to visit.

It is 5 min from from Pefkulia beach.

Friendly receptionist/owner, gave us all the details for visiting the island. The area is quiet, a good supermarket is close by and also very friendly-family run business - coffee shop, souvlaki place and sweets. The room was ok, on the top floor with a nice balcony and a good view.

Pansion Filoxenia is great value for the money. It's located perfectly so everything worth seeing is near and all the best beaches are reasonably close. Bakery and supermarket are 50 meters from pansion as well.

Parking could be bigger.

Owner Pedro is great, he is very helpfull and hospitable. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is very good for the tour on the island.

Pedro is a very nice person, he gived us maps and all the informations that we needed for good beaches, tavernas, etc. The pension was very clean. The position was very good, but in this island you need a car to go to the beaches.

No Wi-Fi internet.

The owner (Panagiotis) is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient both for going out in Lefkada in the evening and for the best beaches of the island. There are a few restaurants (tavernas), cafes, mini markets, bakeries etc. in the village, very close to the Pansion. The room was new, comfortable and very clean, there was parking place and warm water available 24h/day. A very good choice overall and a high value/money ratio.

Some minor details could easily make the stay in Pansion Filoxenia even more confortable, such as shower curtains and wifi access in the room.

Not up to the std I was expecting. Fairly clean, the owner is very helpful and kind. The hotel is in good location for visiting Lefkadas famous beaches and the city. Plenty of shops around. But to be honest is without a doubt a value for money choice.

A car is required; there is no breakfast provided, no curtain in the shower, the bed is not very comfortable and is squeaking a bit (OK to sleep but mattress is hard), no internet access.

Nice and quite area with lots of vegetation. Very nice and friendly staff. The landlord, Pedro, was always helpful and making sure things were fine for us while staying there. He treated us with welcome drinks, gave us a map of Lefkada and marked interesting places to see and told us very good tips. Thank you Pedro!

The owner was very friendly and willing to help..We were two couples and he gave us 2 great rooms that shared a balcony which was very nice for friends. The rooms were very clean..have a refrigerator,tv and nice bathroom. The view was nice and the place very convenient to visit the most beautiful beaches of the island. The price was excellent for what it offered and the staff very helpful so we will sure go back. Τέλεια τα δωμάτια και ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλικός. Μείναμε στον τελευταίο όροφο που έχει δύο σοφίτες που μοιράζονται ένα μπαλκόνι με ωραία θέα. Η τιμή ήταν εξαιρετική και το μέρος πολύ βολικό. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε. At the first I was puzzled to find the location, it lays on the main road. Owner Pedro is very sympatic!!! Enough place to Parking. WiFi okay, Bed &Room&Shower very good, all very GOOD! He gaves us the map and tells us to the most beautiful beaches of greece, and he`s right ;-) Gladly again, Greetings from Martin&Kim

It is hard to describe in just a few words the way that will this hotel's friendly staff make you feel. This hotel is text example of greek's hospitability. Owner Pedro will make you feel comfortable, you should not hesitate to ask any favours regarding your accomodation. Also, he will help you manage round the island, provide any assistance and help in case you need it. Room's cleanness is at the higest level, as towels are changed daily and the sheets on a two day basis. Bearing in mind that your expectations aren't sky high you won't be disgruntled with room's comfort. Pedro is at your disposal 24/7, he even sleeps at the reception. Once again, thank you so much for everything, Pedro.

Perhaps the biggest downside of this accomodation is room's noise comfort. It is something that won't even be noticed in case if the hotel's guests are careful and aware that they are not the only one in accommodation. Anyhow, if you are experiencing any trouble you should inform Pedro, the owner, and he will solve all issues.

The room was simple but had all the necessary equipment (kitchen, refrigerator, a/c, tv). It was very clean and was kept that way (they cleaned it every day, towels and sheets were changed every 2 days). The pansion's most valuable "asset" is its owner, Mr Panagiotis, who is extremely polite and helpful, an excelent professional.
