De weg om er te geraken is moeilijk

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruime kamer en grote badkamer met prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer en de ontbijtruimte. Heerlijk ontbijt. Heel netjes en schoon. Gratis parkeren bij hotel.

Het hotel ligt bovenop een heuvel en is wat lastig te vinden. Een goede routeplanner (alles is éénrichtingsverkeer) is noodzakelijk.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Bij aankomst, na een stevige wandeling, kregen we een drankje aangeboden. Ontbijt wordt zorgvuldig bereid door de gastheer. Het uitzicht vanaf de kamer was schitterend.

De badkamer is klein en niet comfortabel.

The staff was perfect. The breakfast was modest but very delicious. It was very clean. You can go to the centre on foot. The car park is a great opportunity. Thanks a lot.

A little difficult to find.

Filoxenia is a perfect place to get away from the stress of a large city. It offers a comfortable, affordable stay in a friendly hotel at a beautiful location. Waking up with a symphony of bird songs and having breakfast while watching the pelicans swimming was a pure delight. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were personal and warm. Thank you, we shall surely visit again.

great location. a bit difficult to find in the labyrinth Kastoria town is. the facility is practical and pleasant, with a view unmatched over the kastoria lake and town and a fireplace which is great at winter and a balcony.... the staff is very devoted and professional. we will definitely recomment to all.

Great location on the hill of the city provides wonderfull view to the lake Orestias. Friendly and smiley stuff, excelent sevices. We've been given a room with a fireplace despite we had booked a simple one with no extra charge. Definately I'll stay there if I've been in the area again.

The owners get up late. We wanted to leave by 8:15 (we were supposed to get breakfast), but the owners hadn't arrived yet. They were decent and compensated us for the breakfast.

Parking, Free WI-FI Thank you very much hospitable hosts! A special thank you, the owner of a delicious cheese cake for breakfast! The feeling that we've been visiting old friends! I advise everyone to go there.

The charming staff and the atmosphere that made us feel like home. The view is amazing, you can see all of Kastoria. The homemade breakfast was tasty.

The nice woman Who was at the reception when we arrived immidietly asked us if we want coffee (we arrived around 11 pm) and it was kind; the room is very clean; the view from the balcony is breathless and u can see the lake Just in front of u.

We arrived after 3 hours of driving and we wanted Just a quite place, but the room was full of musqitos all over.. When we asked the Lady about it, she said that we better not open the balcony Doors and Also came with vacum cleaner to kill the musqitos... Besides, the (gorgeous) א garden is full with huge bees and other biting insects so we couldn't enjoy it. The location is far away from the city center, u can't get anywhere without a car.

Very small family hotel where you can feel yourself just like owner guest but not like traveller. Perfect view from every room to the one of the most beautiful lakes with swans, pelicans and geese in it. Rooms are not big but extremely clean and good designed. Every morning you can see when sun rises up. Perfect homemade breakfasts are so tasty as surrounding is beautiful.

Breathtaking, stunning views from room. Helpful staff. Brilliant location, short walk to town centre. Air conditioning was brilliant, clean and large rooms.

Very steep walk up, but good exercise, not suitable for elderly. Bring a phrase book as not many people speak English in Kastoria and very difficult to order cab in English.

I like everything about this hotel. Up to now it was best value for money keeping in mind how nice is the Kastoria.

It is a little difficult to reach the hotel on foot when walking.

View is very nice from the window, people who work there are very kind and friendly! If I will be in Kastoria one again I will choose this hotel again!

Stunning panorama view from the rooms. Very friendly staff. Convenient situation in the old town of Kastoria.

If you do not have GPS, you should print a detailed map of the town. The old Kastoria is a labirint of narrow one-way streets. The position of the hotel is marked precisely on the map.

Beautiful view, nicely designed rooms, helpful staff. lovely terrace.

The location, although fairly central, is extremely difficult to find or navigate in a car. Kastoria is basically complicated in layout and very steep. But the map provided by the hotel is useless, few people knew where it was, and even when it was found, we had a lot of difficulty in driving in and out. The shower was also poorly designed.
