Filoxenia Hotel  

The location, parking, and relatively compact layout of the hotel. The best feature was the pool/beach facilities which were very close to the rooms.

The lack of wifi, they claim they have it, but it has no signal in any room. We thought it was peculiar people were in their robes hanging out in lobbies on their laptops upon arrival, but figured out why. When the signal does work in the common areas, it is painfully slow. Also, the 2 computers in their business center in the lobby, is constantly being used by teenagers and young adult employees of the hotel who are messing around on facebook and other waste of time services. We had real work to do, as well as book the next leg of our trip, airline tickets, etc., and we had to stay an extra 2 days to be able to manage to book everything. Also, the rooms are loud, we were woken about 8am every day. Ok if you are working, but not if you are vacationing (I had a couple days of business and a couple of leisure).

It was a holiday on it's own; there was no need to travel outside as the resort enabled all the luxuries and relaxation in one glorious area!

It took much time to check in, in the reception desk. It seemed that they lost our reservation, and they had to search for it.There was no wi fi in our room even though we were told that we would have it. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the beach, need to be changed. It doesn't look like a 5 star hotel.

The staff was extremely positive and friendly. Also the garden in the middle is extremely nice and a great place to sit and have a coffee.

I believe I should have been told that the pool was not in operation until May.

L 'hotel e' veramente ottimo sotto ogni punto di vista ; la disponobilita' dello staff , l'utilizzo completamente gratuito della sauna , dei lettini , degli asciugamani , ecc . ; la spiaggia privata a 20 metri . consigliatissimo !

αναποτελεσματικοτητα συστηματοσ κρατησεων. η αρχικη κρατηση υπηρχε ,ζητησαμε μια μερα παραταση την οποια ενω μασ την υποσχεθηκαν τελικα δεν υπηρχε δωματιο ουτε μεσω τησ υποδοχησ ουτε μεσω βοοκιngs και τελικα μετα απο ανασταστωση βρηκαμε απο αλλο site

I canali italiani non erano visibili e non hanno risolto il problema sostendendo problemi al satellite.La qualità degli asciugamani scarsa e pulizia approssimativa.

Keurig zwembad en ligging direkt aan zee. Voldoende gratis ligbedden op strand en aan zwembad.Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet wat buiten op terras genuttigd kon worden. Helaas wat weinig fatsoenlijke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Zaterdagavond was er een bruiloft buiten op het strand met de hele avond muziek. Dit kan echt niet voor de andere gasten. Dan is 99 euro veel te duur voor slapen in een disco!

Hotel situé trés loin du centre ville ce qui peut obliger à dinner sur place et malheureusement le restaurant de l'hôtel est plutôt triste et pas terrible

Mooie ligging aan zee. Mooi zwembad. Goede bereikbaarheid.
