Great location near the beach and nice pool area.

The conservation of the furniture and the general aspect of the studio could be much better. There is a impression of lack of good care in the rooms.

My husband and I feel we just found a little bit of heaven and in a way don't want to share it with the world. We were overwhelmed by this wonderful hotel. Location, location. Overlooking our favourite beach in Mykonos, a short walk to the city, it had all you could want. The room was amazing! Right out the the home deco magazines. Well equipped with a full working kitchen, a dream golden and blue tiled bathroom, every suite had its own sweet personality. There is a small market next door and a lovely restaurant 50 feet away. The beach is down a big flight of stairs but that is a small price to pay for the stunning view from the pool, patio area. Olga and her husband were wonderful. They met our ferry and drove us to the airport and even invited us to their home for breakfast. Sadly, we couldn't spare the time but that gives you a sense of their hospitality. I can't wait to go back and bring all my friends.

I can't think of anything negative to say except that our visit was far too short.

Hotel location is excellent. Very nice view from the hotel pool and also from rooms. The St-Stefanos beach, very nice sandy and family beach, is down the hill, accessible through steps (a bit hard if you are not in good shape). However if you have a car you can easily go down in 2 minutes. The hotel is only 5 min from the port and Mykonos downtown. Very friendly owners Goerges and Olga, they even helped us for the car rental and drove us to the port.

We were very happy with our studio on the pool: studios 1 & 2 are right on the pool. The hotel has also a bar on the pool, we had no issue because September is low season and the hotel was not very crowded. However in the summer,if you are looking for privacy, you might want to take a studio in the back of the hotel (still nice but with less nice view on the beach).

friendly staff ,clean rooms,very good location,i was picked up @ the port and after my stay @ flaskos they even took me to another hotel i booked for free.

Flaskos Studios is in a relatively quiet location above Ag. Stephanos (beautiful beach, not too crowded, great for families) a few km north of Mykonos town. Upon arrival at the port, George picked my entire family of 5 up in his truck, free of charge, since we had no car. The property is perched up on the cliff with incredible views of the Agean. We stayed in one of the large apartments up behind the studios (away from the pool) with nice views over the sea. We were actually given a choice between this apartment and another by the pool but chose this one since it was quieter and had a much nicer sea view from the bedroom balcony. The apartment wasnt quite ready when we arrived and we were treated to a round of complimentary drinks (with juices for the kids!) at the bar while we waited. Everything was super clean, especially the beautiful pool and bar area. The beach is a 5 min walk down a long stone stairway; but this is really not a problem if you are in decent shape and dont mind walking. A food market is just below the property and a few tavernas are nearby. Catch the bus by the beach that leaves on the hour (1.60 euro) for the 15 min ride into town (this can get extremely crowded on the return trip when there are cuise ships in port). George the owner, his entire staff and family were all unbelievably kind and friendly. They went beyond what was necessary and really treated us like long lost friends or part of their extended family. Going down to the pool bar for a coffee or beer and a chat was always enjoyable. It's what made our stay so memorable. I Highly recommend Flaskos Studios!

I loved everything! The employees were 5 stars, very helpfull and friendly. Really really nice people! They received us very well. The hotel is amazing too, very nice and clean rooms, with a great view and all the facilities. I advise everyone to go there, it was a wonderful experience and I really want to go back there!

There is nothing negative to point.

I liked the decoration in the room. It was very comfortable and had a lot of space. I also liked the view from the swimming pool and the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

I would just prefer that the rooms would have a little bit more privacy.

Stunning view from the pool / bar of the sea. Great transfer offers from the staff who were really helpful all throughout the stay. Amazing hot showers!

Sea water pool was a surprise and there are better places to rent more reliable scooters / quads.

Flaskos studios was excellent. Their staff was nice and friendly, the rooms were clean, the view was awesome and the pool was great for just lounging around lunch time. The wifi was very reliable and came in handy for looking up stuff to do in town. There is a bus about 100m from the hotel that goes to the downtown and only cost a couple euros a person. The beach by the hotel was pretty and not crowded. Definitely rent an ATV and go explore. You can drive them on the roads and we took it all over the island for cheap. If we go back to Mykonos we will definitely stay there again.

Amazing service and really great people. The rooms are very clean and the location of the studios is very comfortable for every place you may need to visit in Mykonos. A big thanks to the hotel staff for providing superb service and for being there for everything we requested!! Just PERFECT!!!!! We will definitely be there again!!!

Everything! To start the front desk of the hotel is the bar in front of a very nice swimming pool with a lot of chairs and tables around. The prices of the bar are the same from any other place: good prices. The hotel is very well maintained. The rooms have a local decoration very pleasant. The staff was very nice kind, take us on the port when we arrived and to the airport on the leaving with no extra cost. You can rent quad or scooter directly at the hotel. Internet wifi works fine

We were picked up from the port and given a friendly welcome. Our room was actually 3 rooms. Kitchen/family, bathroom and bedroom. There was a lovely pool.

There were a huge amount of stairs to the beach, so you had to be organised and take everything you needed because there was no quick return upstairs!

Could not complain about a thing!! The staff were fantastic & so welcoming!! Location is great, only 5 mins from main town+ they also run a scooter/quad hire as well at great rates. The room was beautifully furnished and cosy and cleaned well daily. Flaskos pool/bar area has an amazing view and serves snacks all day/late at night. Would recomend this to anyone traveling to Mykanos -they even drove us to the port upon departure! Very, very pleased with our choice :)

The Flaskos Studios was the best place in Mykonos we stayed at.. Staff were very forthcoming and friendly and the room was fantastic - amazing decor and very clean... We wish we stayed there longer than just one night. View from the pool terrace is very nice and the greek salad we had for lunch was the best on the island... Definately coming back there again. Highly recommended!

We love Flaskos studios. We enjoyed four nights here with our three children. The kids loved the pool area and we loved relaxing by the pool taking in the beautiful views. The staff are super nice and go out of their way for their guests. Location is good being a walk down to the beach and about a 5 minute drive out of Mykonos town. We all had a fantastic holiday at Flaskos and would highly recommend.

I can't say enough good compliments about the family that runs this great place. They were so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right near the beach and they've a very picturesque pool and view of the ocean as well. It is honestly one of the best places I've stayed for the price, location and overall experience. I would recommend it very highly.

Point de vue Gentillesse de l'accueil

Molto curato lo studio, con letto a baldacchino, illuminazione giusta e bagno con ampia doccia. Panorama stupendo sulla spiaggia di Agios Stefanos. Bello anche il dehors con bar e piscina. Personale cordiale e molto disponibile. Luogo più adatto a coppie senza figli o a giovani.

Angolo cottura misero. Scalinata ripida per scendere alla spiaggia. Prezzi del bar piuttosto elevati.

L'emplacement de l'hotel est tres bien: plage d'Agios Stephanos à 5min à pied (L'escalier descendant à la plage est en face de l'hotel), un bus pour le centre de Mykonos passe toutes les heures à la plage. (Durée du trajet en bus 5-10 min). L'hotel dispose d'une tres belle piscine d'eau de mer, transats, terrasse et d'un bar. L'environnement est calme. On peut louer scooter et quad directement à l'hôtel. Il y a une superette et une très très bonne taverne (j'insiste!) juste à côté de l'hotel. Notre studio etait bien équipé et propre.

Hôtel vraiment très bien, nous recommandons ++ ; nous reviendrons avec plaisr. Le personnel est très acceuillant, transfert gratuit jusqu'au port, la chambre était moderne et très propre, équipée d'une kitchenette. Accès à la plage située à 100 m par un escalier. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le petit déjeuner à 7euros est très copieux et excellent. Nous reviendrons.

Rapport qualité prix très bon. Personnels de l’hôtel très sympathiques, souriants, serviables et disponibles. Ils s'occupent de tout (navette port, location voiture ou quad...) Très bon emplacement avec vue sur mer, piscine, bar sympas. Nécessite un moyen de locomotion (voiture, quad...) si visite de l'île. Accès plage et bus pour Mykonos par escalier, environ 5 mn. A recommander.

Trés bel emplacement sur les hauteurs de ce village offrant une vue extraordinaire sur la mer. Belle plage en bas (5mn par un escalier), largement aussi bien que toutes les plages du sud recommandées par les guides. La ville est à 3km, nous n'avons pas testé le bus. Accueil chaleureux (transport depuis et vers le port, aide à la location de voiture). Bar et piscine trés sympa, chambres familiales trés correctes. Attention les chambres avec terrasses et vues sur la mer sont juste devant le bar / restaurant.

Les meilleures chambres communiquent avec la terrasse du bar, vous pouvez être derangés par la musique jusqu'à minuit environ, et surtout par les couche-tard (italiens).

Al primo posto metterei sicuramente il personale e in particolare Olga e George per la loro disponibilità e accoglienza. Discorso diverso va fatto per gli appartamenti in quanto ci sono varie tipologie e a seconda di quello che vi assegneranno cambierà anche il vostro giudizio. Nel caso vi venga assegnato un appartamento non all'altezza provate a farvelo cambiare come è successo a noi. Bella la piscina con splendida vista e pool-bar sempre aperto. Possibilità di avere il trasfer da e per l'aeroporto gratis rivolgendosi a George.

Posizione un po' fuori Mykonos town (non raggiungibile a piedi); possibilità di noleggiare scooter e quad in loco (anche se un po' malandati). Pulizia non sempre impeccabile dell'appartamento.
