It's really hard to find something I didn't like (and these are not a problem anyway considering the money we paid): internet could be faster, bed was not the most comfortable, especially mine was screeching a little bit when I moved.
First of all the owner is REALLY great and helpful and, surprisingly, she can speak very well many languages, including italian. She even financed our taxi to the airport, incredible. Follow her suggestions for restaurants and markets. She also prepares a multilanguage brochure with places to see and activities to do, which is unusual even for expensive hotels. The location is perfect, very close to both beaches and bar street and pretty close to old town. It's not fancy but for what you pay you get a great value, it's clean, it has a fridge, fan, AC, fridge with kitchenware, soap and bodywash, hairdryer, tv. I suggest to ask for a room with the balcony which is on a very quiet street but I don't think there are any noise problems with any other room. It's not a hotel with fancy rooms or a pool but if you look for them you shouldn't probably come to Rhodes in first place.
