Staff was friendly, trying to give you answers to all your questions. The hotel is located in a residential area, which is quiet and secure. The distance from the hotel to metro and tram stops is not an obstacle to chose this hotel - metro is with 15 minute walking distance, while tram stop is closer. No, the hotel is a good value for money |

The price was right, clean, guys at front desk helpful. Distance. Definitely not a family hotel. The shower, but it got the job done. Suggestion bigger towels. |

This is a cheap and clean hotel that offers all the basics for a comfortable stay to the budget oriented visitor. It is owned and run by two brothers which are both really friendly and helpful. Even though it is close to a commercial road packed with stores, the alley where it is located is very quiet. It is not the place you should be looking into if you are after a luxurious treat, but (considering the price) it is very good value for money. It is quite far from the nearest tube station (around 20 min walk). |

The hotel was tidy, rooms are big enough. Rooms have a lot of mirrors on the walls, which in some cases is very nice :-). Iannis, the receptionist was very helpful telling us how to reach the center of the city very easily and other useful informations. The surroundings are very quiet with a lot of green. Hotel is very well placed for city tours as well as for reaching the harbor of Piraeus, direct metro line in just 10' walking distance. |

Staff was wery polite. Especially girl behind the reception desk from Czech Republic was great with us. We got the room where the night lights didnt work, when we told this fact to reception staff, they didnt hesitate and offered another room to us. In our room was excellent WI-FI, of course for free. Air conditioning worked very well too. The room had another perfect thing - the mirrors on the walls - great when you having (as Borat says) sexy time :))) Our room, lounge, reception area, lift - everything was clean and tidy. There was no problem to walk to the main street, where is a lot of restaurants and shops. Its only 5 mins to walk from the hotel. I think the Breakfast wasnt very various. Every morning the same plate with one toust with cheese and ham, three biscuits with butter and jam, and two pieces of cake, glass of sweet orange juice and choise of coffee or tea.. Even though we didnt leave the breakfast room feeling hungry. Just were missing some cereals or choise of food. |

Reasonnable price in the City. Parking easy even if car park of the hotel is only 2 cars (!!), parking in the street is ok around hotel. Annoying bathroom with small shower flooding everywhere. No restaurant around, must take car to go diner. No separated bed available. |

The hotel is clean and the breakfast staff is very helpfull and friendly. The rooms don't look anything like the photos. They are small and some of the bathrooms are pretty bad looking. There is not much of anything in the rooms. No fridge , and very little closet space .They ask you to pay at the arrival which i really didn't like . We arrived there late at night after a long trip and we were asked to pay right then and there . Even before we saw the rooms. We were part of EU but we were asked to show our passports because the person there couldn't figure out the birth days from our ID's. |

We had a great week at the Foivos Hotel! Very clean with trendy modern decor. Great location - close to beaches but also the city life in Athens by tram, bus, train/metro. Very nice, approachable, helpful, staff who made our stay extra enjoyable! Would definitely stay at the Foivos Hotel again! |

Somehow good location (20 minutes walking to subway or 5 min walking to tram which will take you to the center), free parking, restaurants nearby, decent price for accomodation. It is s good place for staying 1-2 nights in Athens and to visit the city. The rooms need some renovation. |

The rooms are nicely decorated. It is in a residential neighbourhood. Not too busy but still close enough to have dinner, IIf you want hardcore city life, it is not too far a walk to the subway. Breakfast could be better but does the job. |

The hotel was nice, clean and in a quiet area. A little bit far from the centre but we had business to do in Piraeus so it was just 2 metro stations away or a short/cheap cab ride. Also a walk to the closest metro station is around 10-15 minutes but it wasn't a problem for us. Generally I would recommend it. A bit far from the centre but not a major problem. |

I've liked the area and the fact that the hotel was clean, even if the room was very smal. I dindn't like the room which was small and full with windows. The breakfast which was really continental: a cup of coffee, a sandwich and some butter and jam. |

Good Rate and very calm place. Too far away from the city, but well connected by metro. Hotel reception can not help you a lot with correct information. I have asked for help 4 times and 3 of them were wrong. |
