Fotis Rooms  

Very surprised with the excellent quality of the room. Very well designed and it was much better than the pictures showed. Comfortable bed, nice outlook, all new. Happily surprised. Highly recommend. The owners did not speak english so it was a little difficult to correspond. Breakfast could have been more varied but the dinner looks amazing!

We liked the nice new bathrooms and free wi-fi.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Inexpensive and excellent kitchen.

Beach is rather far from hotel

Per chi cerca la Grecia genuina, è un posto da non perdere! L'ospitalità di tutta la famiglia vi farà sentire a casa vostra, le camere sono deliziose, la cucina di "mama" è fantastica! Provare la sua moussaka per credere! Grazie a tutta la "famiglia Fotis", ci avete fatto trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile!!!

Nothing really to like. This Hotel is pretty basic. A room, a bed and a shower is all that this "hotel" offers. The location is ok just behind the aldemar hotel, close to the beach and 15 minutes drive to kouroutas beach. One room had a very big, nice and private balcony and rooms inside looked refurbished. Parking available Τιποτα το ιδιαίτερο για να σου αρέσει. Απλώς τα βασικά ενα κρεβάτι, μία ντουζιέρα για εναν ύπνο και ένα μπάνιο. Η περιοχή είναι εντάξει αφού είναι πίσω απο το τεράστιο resort aldemar με εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία της σκαφιδιάς και της κουρουτας. Το ένα δωμάτιο είχε ένα μεγάλο προσωπικό μπαλκόνη και τα δωμάτια εσωτερικά έδειχναν ανακαινισμένα.Διαθέτει πάρκινγκ

I did not like the fact that this place is not a hotel for tourist and is just a Tavern where the owner has used the upper floor above it as rooms to let.The first think you face when you visit "fotis rooms" is a typical tavern where the owner takes you to the kitchen to give you the keys. No skills or knowledge of how to welcome and host tourist as the only thing he care about is to get successfully his payment in advance and charge you for late departure after 12pm. Also there was a lack in communication as any stuff member (tavern waiters) could help us in terms of directions and info about the area. The rooms were quite small and once we came in we had the impression that the room's windows had not been opened for ages. The bathroom was super small with shower and had a very heavy smell of chlorine. Quite miserable. The beds are very hard and the air condition just above your head made our sleeping experience very hot once switched off or Siberian cold once switched on. No service provided at all, not even some water, no breakfast, no phone, no nothing. Also when you open the balcony door you can hear the many clients of the tavern shouting, smell the pork chops and get beaten by the many many mosquitos. I know that 50 euros per night for a room is a rather cheap option but still you could find a better place to stay. Obviously would not recommend Δεν μου αρεσε το γεγονός του ότι το ξενοδοχείο ήταν απλώς μία ταβέρνα-ψησταριά όπου ο ιδιοκτήτης της εφτiαξε απο πάνω μερικά δωμάτια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν είχε ιδέα απο τουρισμό και του πως να υποδέχετε πελάτες, δυσκολος στην επικοινωνία και απαιτητικός ως προς τα θέματα πληρωμής και check-out. Δωμάτια σχετικά μικρά,είχαν μείνει καιρό κλειστα, σκληρο κρεβάτι, οταν ανοιγαμε τα παράθυρα μύριζε μπριζόλα, είχε πολλά κουνούπια και το air condition έσκαγε πάνω στο κεφάλι μας. Τέλος πολλες αναθυμιάσεις απο χλωρίνη στο πολυ μικρό μπάνιο. Δεν το συνιστώ.

siamo state trattate divinamente. il personale è veramente carino, accogliente e devo dire che hanno una cura e una pulizia invidiabile, difficile da trovare in altri posti. VOTO 10 E LODE

Propreté et chambre accueillante

Hotelier resté très distant petit déjeuner non inclus dans le prix pas de facture loin de la mer un peu isolé pas beaucoup de choses à voir dans les environs seul le site d'olympie à proximité vaut vraiment le détour

βρισκεται σε ομορφη,ησυχη τοποθεσια,τα δωματια ειναι ομορφα διακοσμημενα,καθαρα αρκετα ανετα,μασ ενθουσιασε η ταβερνα που βρισκεται ακριβωσ απο κατω ,η ταβερνα του φωτη,την οποια προτιμησαμε και τισ τρεισ μερεσ που μειναμε στο ξενοδοχειο!

η μονη παρατηρηση που θα εκανα ειναι το οτι καμια απο τισ τρεισ μερεσ που μειναμε δεν εγινε αλλαγη στα σεντονια μασ.

μασ αρεσε η διακοσμηση , τα ευρυχωρα δωματια , η μεγαλη βεραντα και η ανετη κουζινα . αν ηταν και λιγο μεγαλυτερο το μπανιο και λιγο πιο προσεκτικα η καθαριοτητα θα εφτανε το αριστο .

Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, τα δωμάτια μικρά αλλά περιποιημένα, αρκετα κοντά στην θάλασσα. Το εστιατόριο προσφέρει καλό φαγητό σε λογικές τιμές και γενικά το ξενοδοχείο είναι μια οικονομική λύση χωρίς να στερείται σε ποιότητα.

1) Κάποιες ώρες τις ημέρας στα πίσω δωμάτια ήταν πολύ εντονος ο θόρυβος από το πιεστικό του νερού (αντλία) , ιδιαίτερα το μεσημέρι, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ξεκουραστείς 2) Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μια πολύ έντονα άσχημη μυρωδιά (πιθανότατα από κακή επιλογή αρωματικού τουαλέτας) 3) Το δωμάτιο και ιδιαίτερα το μπάνιο θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίγο πιο καθαρά Παρόλα αυτά η συνολική εντύπωση είναι θετική.
