la gentillesse notamment de la personne à l'accueil parlant français.les conseils avisés sur les restaurants et sites. Accès internet L'hôtel, sa décoration, le mobilier, la terrasse exigue et avec vue peu dégagée. la piscine peu engageante...la chambre ne donnait pas envie d'y rester. |

un accueil parfait même à 5 heures du matin après un retard de ferry .les chambres simples et propres le petit dejeuner un peu léger pas de fruits .Parfois un peu bruyant le matin. |

I don't understand the negative ratings of some reviewers before me. I found the hotel perfectly fine. It may not be the newest of all hotels, but everything was great, everybody works hard to keep the place in order. I especially liked the great atmosphere, it made me feel at home immediately. They go out of their way to help you, recommend restaurants, drive you back to the port, etc.! I loved the place and will certainly return. I suggest that the other travellers look for luxury accommodation next time because certainly that's what they were really looking for. |

I liked the hotel very much. The room was fine, so was the service. Very friendly atmosphere; everybody was easy going and helpful. We were even allowed to pick fresh fruit from the apricot tree. |

Ac was quite efficient otherwise my best moment was when I left it. This place is basically a relic of the 70's lacking the amenities of more modern hotel/pensions: small bath room with non functioning taps, poor shower with antiquated system, hard mattress, room crammed with too many beds, lack of electric plugs for ntic devices, spartiate breakfast with low cost products. |

To be honest, there was very little I liked about this hotel experience. The only bright spot was Laurie in reception. She tried very hard to assist, but her management allowed her no ability to help with our real concerns. First, the rooms were paltry considering the price. This hotel should be considered a 2 star not a 3 star. Second, I could not believe the treatment received from the staff. I was told at the end of our stay that they only took cash -- though their listing in bookings.com says otherwise. We got little assistance getting to town after our stay. |

Friendly staff (Yannis) willing to help make the stay enjoyable. Room heating put on prior to my arrival to make room warm & comfortable. This was a nice touch. Advertised Internet access at hotel was not available. Pool water was dirty & green, though the season hadn't started properly yet, so presumably this will be rectified soon. These were minor points & didn't affect the enjoyment of my stay. |

Good Location, very friendly staff small room, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable beds that realy should have been replaced about 5 years ago! breakfast selection poor compared to other hotels stayed in on trip. I should have read the other guests reviews more closely when booking! next time! |

The staff (fabulous), the location (perfect for what we were looking for) and the perfect Greek coffee that was made ready for me each morning. The pillows are about ready to be replaced. Else, everything was perfect! |

Breakfast is quite good, tables outside for the breakfast. The room is not good enough for its price - a very simple one, the view to the pool not very charming. Not well cleaned during the stay. Internet is not free. |

very friendly staff, decent breakfast. 5 min walk to town. the shower stall too small, kept getting the shower curtain clinging to me (gross!) They did not clean my room well. You can get the same for half the cost |
