Top quality staff - all v.friendly and efficient.Lovely pool and bar - again v. good bar staff.

Calm hotel nearby Chania centre, nice view to the city and sea. The hotel felt modern and fairly new. Not maybe the best option for families with small kids, playground would need an upgrade, perhaps a sandbox could be a nice addition for the few toys and small slide there were available. Shampoo and other washing particles were also missing from the bathroom, which we didn't mention about to the staff science we had our own with us and stayed just for one night. But I would say this a quite big minus. Also a small minus considering space in the shower and no bath tub (which you maybe not need when/ if staying one night) but anyhow. The price of 84€ felt a little high compared to the facilities. Plus for the breakfast.

The Staff are lovely at Frida Apartments . It was clean. Had a healthy breakfast very nice resturant and chef and 2 very nice swimming pools.

We didnt feel comfortable to walk the area at night to go for meals. We ended up hiring a car and that was great. The aircon could do with a service as it was very noisey .

The pool was great and so were the staff. We tried one of the restaurants a staff member recommended(in Stilos, a village nearby) and were not disappointed.

The beds were very hard, ground-floor rooms have no view.

The hotel is owned by a small family, who is all very kind to the guests. They made me think, that I would stay on this hotel another time.

The cats. Im allergic. But they are all over grece. Other than that, nothing was wrong. It takes about 20 min. To walk to the city, bus the bus goes every 15 minute, and costs only 1,10 euros..

The staff is amazing, specially Joanna, the touristic guide. The swimming pools are very nice and the prices at the restaurant are ok.

It is a little bit tricky to get to the Hotel for the first time. The matress are too hard, but maybe it was only in my apartment.

We loved our say at Fridas. Our first time to crete, we thought we were lucky to have picked Fridas. We liked the distance it was located away from the buissier part of old town, but an enjoyable 20 min walk on the beach to get there. The owners and staff were terific, not to mention the good breakfast. We will highly recomend Fridas to any one.

Style it has with the 2 pools and view.

I chose this hotel due to it's location and low cost. It was fine for this.

Hyggelig personale , god mat I restauranten med hyggelige priser , veldige behjelplig med det du spurte om , trivelig med leiligheter rundt 2 bassenger , kort avstand til strand , nærbutikker samt en liten spasertur inn til sentrum.Tok taxi tilbake om kveldene som kostet 5 euro

Очень понравился этот отель! Определенно, если буду в Ханье, буду останавливаться только там! Два бассейна (правда без подогрева, но в жару самое то!); персонал очень дружелюбный и даже учат русский (так мило!); все показали и рассказали; расположен сразу за чертой города, из центра на такси доехать можно за 6 Евро; потрясающий вид на море; хороший завтрак (однообразие пищи нас как туристов не напрягает); из-за низкого сезона жили в номере "люкс", хотя заказывали стандартный - без доплат; в номере имеется кухонный уголок (не пользовались, так как поесть в Греции можно очень недорого). Все понравилось!

Понравилось все, но уж если немного придираться, то вода в бассейне могла бы быть потеплее :) Завтраки не очень разнообразны, но за небольшую цену вполне приличные!

L'avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il se trouve aux extérieurs de la ville ce qui permet d'être un peu à l'écart de son bruit. La vue depuis les chambres est plutôt sympa car on a vu sur les collines depuis les piscines notamment.

J'ai trouvé cela un peu cher comparé aux autres hôtels où l'on a pu séjourner qui pour le même service était de l'ordre de 20 à 30euros moins cher. Le petit déjeuner proposé par l'établissement était également le plus élevé que l'on ai eu.

Altaat olivat lasten kanssa ihan must. Hotellihenkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Superplus myös ihanalle ja monipuoliselle aamiaistarjoilulle!

Etäisyys keskustaan kahden viisivuotiaan kanssa oli jokseenkin pitkä, joten välillä piti turvautua taksiin (tosin taksi ei ollut kovin hintava). Toisaalta hiukan syrjäinen sijainti takasi paremmin rauhallisuuden.
