Amazing people, kind staff, delicious food, clean and organized hotel with a huge garden and space for kids!!! I love it!!

Excellent hotel, gardens, pool etc. Good size hotel but quiet at night enabling a good nights sleep. Staff excellent and very friendly.

room was a bit damp, and lunch diner was not up to our standards. Breakfast is good But still you pay less so you cannot expect high quality food.

Hotel looks really good, it is quiet and nicely located (if you expect peaceful neighbourhood). Food was excelent - very tasty, plentiful and in good variety. Because of pre-season visit (I think) we got free dinners, which was really great and money saving. Personnel had excelent attitude and was very friendly. Good place to stay if you plan to go around the island by car (like we did). Despite listing some disadvantages below I still think this is nice place to stay and very good value for money.

Bear the following in mind: 1. Beach is 700m away. 2. Kos Town centre is about 1500-2000m away. 3. In hot season it can get crowded in the restaurant. 4. In april we had not the warmest days and nights on Kos and sheet and blanket provided were not enough to get warm during night.

Gaia Garden was a Great find!!! After visiting for almost 10 years Kos Island, and choosing only 4 and 5 stars hotel, this was a jackpot :) We were reading all great reviews in all websites for this hotel, and we said to give it a try and we didn't regret it! Why pay that much is other hotels, when for less you have better service, great food and very relaxed holidays. This hotel is not as beautiful as a 5 stars new hotel, but this hotel make you feel like home! They have great hospitality and they don't see you just as a guest. All staff is very friendly and you can see that they all try at their best to have just happy guests... Gaia Garden is situated at a quiet place in Lambi where the beach is very clean. With a bicycle, everything is reachable in few minutes and that's a great point for the hotel. You can rent a car directly at the reception for cheaper rates than the internet, and you can rent bicycles and motorbikes exactly across the hotel. This hotel definitely is one of the best hotel in Kos city after comparing it with more than 10 hotels we have stayed in the passed year, and we definitely recommended! The lady manager at the reception is there to help for any information and don't hesitate to ask her anything! We can't wait to go back to Kos and we are counting the days for our next year holidays :) Thank you very much for the great hospitality, and see you soon...

It was worth the trip to this Greek island. The people are terrific, helpful, friendly...and the hotel staff equally so. The restaurant/bar staffs are particularly friendly and fun loving. We had a great 4 day stay. Our room had a palm tree growing right in front of it, which only added to the tranquil view. The food in the restaurant was very good....lots of choice of salads, fish, meat, etc.. Bikes are readily available and the town easily provides for biking with lovely wide lanes on the major streets. Lots of archaeological sites to visit. Loved this place!

The hotel area was very well-kept, and also the cleaning in the rooms wasvery good. The hotel staff was very friendly and upon check-in we could go in our room immediately. We had no complaints and more service we didn't use. There was a restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace where they had breakfast, lunch an dinner. Only positive remarks for this Hotel, and would definitely go back there if we visit Kos island again! Highly recommended!!!

Gaia Garden hotel in Lambi is a lovely hotel. The food was very good. Daily cleaning, airco in bedroom, nice clean bathroom. You could rend a bicycle across the hotel for just 2, 00 Euro per day. A great restaurant was also close by. Kos was at a 5 minutes distance, by bicycle. Nice pool and baby pool. The beach was at a 500 meters distance. It was a very clean beach and you could rend 2 deck chairs with parasols for 5 euros/day. The other deck chairs were 5 meters away from you, so great! Good service, the people were very helpful. Everyone was very friendly. If you want a fantastic relaxing vacation, then you definitely have to go to Gaia Garden on Kos someday. I would recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to go to Kos.

From the time I arrived to the time I left I were looked after by all the staff who were all really pleasant and worked very hard. Food and breakfast was delicious. Internet access at high speed and free of charge was much appreciated. The room, pool, and everything else was of a very good standard very clean in fact this must be one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and running my finger across the tops of mirrors etc did not show any signs of dust, well done cleaners!!. Weather was perfect and very warm for October and will definitely come back next year same time with my family. Excellent hotel. Greetings from Portugal...

Gaia Garden Hotel is great, has great food and close to shops and beaches. Rooms are nice and quiet as well as the pool and bar area is nice and clean.

Absolutely fell in love with this place! Great location, delicious food and amazing staff-special thanks to Karin and Litsa from the reception! Loved every single day of my holiday and had the best time ever. All was perfect ! The food was very tasty and they had a big variety ! The restaurants were very clean and very beautiful ! The room was excellent! I've been to several hotels before but this one is definitely my number one :) If you choose to visit this gorgeous place, I recommend all inclusive option-great value for money.

Beautiful garden setting, great food, very friendly staff, quiet, spacious accommodation, short cycle to the supermarket and the beach, cycle/moto hire across the street...could've stayed for months!

What a wonderful place to stay. The garden is wonderful with beautiful trees and flowers. I went to Kos with my friends on a trip and found this hotel on tripadivsor, the reviews were awesome and I had to experience it for myself! Me and my friends had the best time at Gaia Garden. The rooms were fantastic and comfortable. Plenty of relaxing areas at the pool and garden. The service was friendly and swift. I would highly recommend Gaia Garden to anyone wishing to stay in Kos Island. I just want to thank them for making our trip so wonderful and well worth it!!!!

A very well maintained hotel in a beautiful garden area. The staff are very friendly, many of the staff speak German (and other Languages). The food is varied and tasty. Especially we liked the nice fully equipped gym at the roof of the main building. Will be back for sure on our next visit to Kos! A+++++

Everything about this hotel is just amazing.Very clean rooms,the personnel is very friendly. We spent all our days at the great swimming pool and the food is just excellent!!! 50 meters near the hotel there is a place to rent bicycles or motorbikes.

The Hotel in itself is great. I mean the building and all that surrounds it is amazing: nice garden, nice swimming pool, nice breakfast room, nice bar with very funny stuff. Good Bar Service. The rooms are cleaned everyday, the sheets are changed every 2/3 days and towels are changed daily. Lap top & internet free in all the rooms, nice balcony. The staff is also very nice, they are helpful and available to solve any problems or doubts. Another good thing is that they rent towels for beach for 3 € per week, which is a very good thing for people like us that stay more than a week and actually our own towels got dirty after 3 days. Position is good if you wanna spend much time in the nearest beach which is about 500 meters from the hotel but if you rent a motorbike as we did is very good to travel around everyday. It is 5 minutes from Kos Town by scooter. Generally good service and good hotel, I would suggest it to all people who want to visit Kos Island.

Well, The rooms are not amazingly nice. They look much better from the pictures: they are a little bit small, at least the one we had it was. I did not like the toilet at all.Very very small with the door opening the opposite side of the bathtub, so we had to make like acrobats to get into it. There is no cabin for the shower ( but that's expectable for a 3 stars hotel). There is only a curtain that doesn't smell very nice and there is no carpet for the floor when you get out the shower. It is very good to have the wifi service and computer free in the room but the connection is not efficient maybe because when they have too many users it gets blocked and the internet stops working. The breakfast is quite good, not so much for italian people though. There is much more choice for salted thing respect to the sweet ones but generally it is not too bad. They have waffles, cereals, jam, yogurt and some fruit. We did not like the juice and the coffee. Dinner price is amazing because you only spend € 8,00 and you can eat and drink as much as you like but on a quality level is not great. The only things I liked were the salad with fresh feta cheese and chips. Pasta, meat and fish are not good. I wouldn't advice to take either the half or the full board.

A very well designed hotel with well maintained gardens. My family group stayed for one week and found the 'all meals included' package very good value. The hotel is designated as 3 star but it is close to 4 star.

We booked a double room rather than a twin room but were given two single beds pushed together. These were made up every day as singles then pushed together. So not so good there.

Good hotel for such price! Very green atmosphere, friendly people.

Originally we booked another hotel, but after reading so good reviews about Gaia Garden, we decided to change hotel. It was wonderful. Nice rooms, big enough, fully equipped. Very good food, friendly hotel people and very good cleaning service in the rooms. We could advise this hotel for everyone, little children, and kids over 12, everybody can find their pleasure there. We stayed there for 7 nights. One of the best places on the Kos isles to stay. Lovely for a family holiday.
