Our room was pretty big and very clean. The pool was really nice and also the bar. All the staff were very kind and friendly, especially Karen on the reception. Our 1.10 years old baby really enjoyed the playground. Meals were very good.
A little bit far from the center, about 30 minutes of walking (without children).
Çok memnun kaldık.
Merkeze biraz uzak.
We only spent one night before onward travel.Staff were very helpful .The use of a shower room before the flight was very useful
Nothing as such
This was the first time travelling to Kos, we where very exited about visiting the island and staying at Gaia Garden Hotel. The gardens are beautiful and well tended as is the pool and bar area. The staff at the hotel is super friendly, everyone from the reception, to the chef and the janitor. Would highly recomend the food, it is great with lot of choices and all the time fresh. We felt just like home! The beach is not far from the hotel, and you can even walk to the city centre in just about 20 minutes. Afer eating all the delicious food, a walk to the city will most definitely do you good. To all the staff: Thanks for your great hospitality and hope to see you soon... To future guests: It really is a great place to stay, but don't take my word for it, stay there yourself and you will be amazed!!! We strongly recommend it for everybody :)
There is nothing we didn't like...
Very good, all the services are easy to get. High quality, we really love it.
Kind staff, rooms opening to nice gardens.
There was very loud greek music one night till 11 pm. My room windows were shaking from the music....that loud! I asked them to turn it down but nothing changed - could not sleep till the music finished at 11pm Was a bit far from the town, but you can hire bicycle right across the street and cycle to town. Boring for a solo traveler - nothing much to do around
Location was perfect. Staff excellent. Food delicious-every day something new. We all had a wonderfull vacation. Thank YOU All!
Smokers near the swimming pool.
The customer service is second to none. The front desk is amazingly friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and plenty of loungers - although when we were here it got full very quickly and people had to reserve loungers before breakfast. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety.
Location was too far out from town. Took about 20-30mins to walk to town, in the heat this gets hard! Otherwise it's a 6 euro taxi ride or need to hire a push bike. There's some shops close by but still need to walk about 200m down a road which has no footpath. The rooms were very average, in desperate need of renovation. The hotel was fully booked out and we got put in a room which was way out the back of the property.
We loved everything about this hotel!! including great room with king-size bed and air-conditioner, staff hospitality, delicious food with great variety, perfect pool area and beautiful garden. We strongly recommend it for everybody!! Great value for money.
Nothing to complain about:)
Having read about this Hotel prior to booking I was a little apprehensive regarding some of the poor comments! However, I think that those who commented negative this hotel have never traveled to other hotel and other places! We had an exceptional week food was good, service outstanding, staff outstanding, room cleaned every day, towels changed, bar has better prices on non inclusive drinks as downtown, pool area outstanding, a lovely quiet area, no complaints here thanks to Karin! Excellent hosts, how the hell do you remember everyone's names!! We will try to get in another visit soon. Thanks for the great time we had at Gaia Garden.
We basically liked everything about Gaia Garden apartments. Beautiful, well looked after garden! Clean rooms, great fresh food and awesome deserts. Great location. Friendly staff and here big greetings for the best barman in the whole Kos Sotiris :-) Daniel&Ewa
The hotel is in a lovely garden. It is a quite place and within a walking distance to the centre.the food is high quality and extremely cheap.the pool is also quite good.you can have fun.The staff is very helpful.it is close to the beautiful beach.(Helen's beach- she is very sweet) Sooooo everyting was perfect.
There is nothing we didn't like...
Servıce and frıendlıness of staff Breakfast was excellent
Bathroom could do wıth a few nıce addıtıons and toıletrıes
The hotel was a boutique hotel which is about 7 minutes of walk to the seaside. It has a nice garden area, where there is one playground for children and also a pool. The food was very nice, mostly with delicious vegetables. The staff was very nice, they also had a nice Greek nite during our one night stay, they entertained everybody. I think the hotel was a good quality hotel. If you don't mind walking to the seaside, I would recommend the hotel to everybody.
Very green , quiet location , 10 minutes walk to the next beach and 15 minutes from Port. breakfast adequate . We loved Kos . Staff in reception very friendly and informative
The extra bed was too small for our 14 year old daughter.
Price room is ok Breakfast is better than expected
location is a bit far by walking to city center
Beautiful location, friendly staff, grounds well looked after, rooms good size, Swimming pool and activitys available - Excellent
It would have been nice if the wifi was FOC Sun beds could have been a little more comfortable but not a show stopper in any respects
Staff, gardens, pool, breakfasts, locatipn
Gaia garden is very peaceful and calm. Located slightly outside the town but still easily walkable. Breakfast variety huge, fresh waffles gorgeous. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would recommend to couples, families and groups of friends.
The pool is only open 8am to 8 pm. Fruit juice at breakfast just sugary squash - rest of breakfast lovely though.
Rooms need upgrading, as it is now the prices are way to high!
Nice location, yards full of trees. Staff were very friendly and polite and everybody was speaking English. Nice pool, quiet, generous breakfast
It was a little overpriced at 100 euros/double room.
I have been in 10 hotels the past 20 years coming to Kos and by far this is the best hotel! The staff is super friendly, the food is great with lot of choices and all the time fresh and the hotel makes you feel like home! Thanks for your great hospitality and hope to see you soon...
if someone has to say anything bad about Gaia Garden Hotel, that means that he has never travel to other hotels to see the difference :)
I loved the look of the hotel with its quirkiness - there is always something interesting to look at. The gardens are beautiful and well tended as is the pool and bar area. The food is excellent and I love the position of the restaurant on the first level with great views. The staff are friendly, helpful and generous. The location is ideal - very quiet and just outside Kos Town and with a local bicycle hire it is easy to get into the bustling harbour area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely return.
It was nice to have the complimentary laptop in room to surf the web. They are located a little farther outside the city center but a short bicycle ride away so it's a lot quieter and calmer. Close walk to the beach. Staff's recommendations are excellent and never led us wrong. Breakfast was a buffet and has a wide assortment. Wifi is good throughout the property.
Pool lounges and chairs get filled quickly as people "reserve" them in the morning.
There is little that anyone could say about this place I feel that could be negative. Its extremely good value for money , full of little chalet style rooms in the middle of lovely well maintained gardens which are decorated with large parrot cages hammocks and a well equipped playground for children. We booked our room with breakfast, but the second day we changed it in all inclusive since we noticed that there was a variety of tasty food in the buffet. Everything was prepared from the staff on time. All of the staff were a total delight, the waiters and the bar staff, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and busy daily. The receptionist who is called Karin turned out to be one of the most charming and kind people that I have ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Anything you might need, please feel free to ask her: she will definitely help you. There is much I could say about the Gaia Garden, it represents superb value for money and it is highly recommended.
