とにかくスタッフの方が親切でした。ペリッサビーチに行く時も、快くバスタオルを貸してくださいました。（- 無料で！）フィラ中心地からは女性の脚で１０分くらいかかります。フィラからビレッジまでの道のりで島のカ- ントリーサイドを見ることができます。ロバの行列も見られて楽しいです。朝食は別料金（６ユーロ）で、メニ- ューはパン・クロワッサン・パウンドケーキ・チーズ・ハム・ゆで卵・フルーツ１個・ジャム・バター・オレン- ジジュースにコーヒーか紅茶。男性には物足りない量かも知れません。お部屋はとても清潔で可愛いですが、バ- スルームはとても小さかったです。（部屋によると思いますが） |

フィラのバス停から徒歩10分くらいで少し歩くものの、宿泊料金の割には部屋の作りやインテリアがよく、清- 潔な感じがして好感が持てた。またスタッフの方は非常に親切で気配りもよかった。ゆっくりリラックスできる- のでまた宿泊したい。 シャワーヘッドのノズル固定不良。 |

オーナーがとても親切な方で、レストランやツアー、ビーチなどたくさんの情報をくださいました。バスステー- ションから荷物を持って歩くのは大変なのですが、帰りは車で送ってもらう事ができました。 お部屋は広く、キッチンがついていて自炊もでき、大変快適でした。エアコンも冷蔵庫もあります。とても清潔- で、内装もセンスよくまとめられていました。 |

予約後すぐにメールでホテルマップを送ってくれた。オーナーのおじさんはとても親切で島内のクルーズの予約- もしてくれる。ヴィラのデザインにもこだわりがあって、夜のライトアップはとても美しかった。 |

予約後すぐに周辺地図を送ってくれ、質問メールにもすぐ回答してくれた。早朝に到着する便だったが、チェッ- クイン可能時刻まで荷物を預かってくれ、チェックイン時には荷物を部屋まで移動させてくれた。清掃のための- チップを置いておいたが受け取っていなかったのには驚いた！滞在中、日焼けしてしまった我々を心配して薬を- 教えてくれたり、チェックアウト時にサントリーニ島のカレンダーをくれたり、オーナーの人柄がとても温かく- 、気持ちよく滞在できた。次回もまた利用したいと思う。 |

とても親切なオーナーで息子もかわいがってもらいました。朝ご飯も美味しくて、部屋もとても綺麗でした。 フィラのセントラルまで少し遠かったです。急な坂を15分くらいあるくのは乳母車を押してはしんどかったで- す。 |

予約後すぐにFiraの中心部からの地図を送ってくださったので助かりました。その他疑問点もメールを送る- とすぐに返信くださいました。オーナーさんも息子さんもとても親切で居心地の良いところだと思います。朝食- も美味しかったです。 不満ではありませんが、中心部から少し距離があるので、荷物が多い場合は空港or港からタクシーのほうがい- いと思います。 |

センターから、ホテルの行き方が分からなかった為、旅行会社に立ち寄ったところ、ホテルに電話をしてくれて- 、その後オーナーが車で迎えに来てくれました。とてもアットホームなご夫婦で、次の日別のホテルに泊まるに- も関わらず、そのホテルに電話をしてくださり、迎えにくるようにしてくれました。 |

房间很漂亮，老板很热情（发现希腊人都很热情哈）。部屋はとてもきれいです。 价格不便宜，而且地方很难找（离Fira镇中心很远，步行15分钟以上）。Fira中心部（バスステーショ- ン）より少し離れたところにあります。徒歩15分もかかり、場所も少しわかりづらかった。 |

The owner was very nice, very helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the top of the Caldera on the back side....so no views and a short walk to restaurants, buses, bars, etc. This wasn't a problem for the most part but was more troublesome with suitcases. |

Staff were excellent, They assisted with local information and were generally helpful Despite having a cooktop we were unable to cook as it was prohibited by the hotel ( due to previous complaints we were informed). The shower was small and water tends to go over the bathroom floor as it is a hand held shower head. |

The rooms are so nice, very good decoration. Really let us feel at home. The owner receives us by himself and it´s very nice people and help us a lot during our wonderful time in Santorini. |

The design of the room was quite special. Our room had was located at the first floor (like basement), so it was a bit dark although the room has windows. The bathrooom was really small. |

Excellent friendly and helpful owners/staff, excellent value, good clean accomodation/breakfast. Budget costs and suitable for couples/families. Quiet location. Shower head in bathroom was not fixed to wall (Room No1) and you needed to hold in one hand whilst washing...my wife fell in the shower as a result. A cheap fix is required. |

I stayed here for 2 nights booked online and all I can say is that the owner is amazing the location is great and the place is utterly beautiful. The value cant be beat! |

We found that the hotel owner and staff were attentive to reccommend local businesses for a taste of how the locals eat out, party and relax. The hotel was also able to book us on various tours on site, which made it easier for us, to purchase tickets before we left for the day. Even through isues with missing flights, the staff were most helpful with obtaining information with regard to possibility of travel by ferry and planes - "thankyou for the numerous amounts of calls made". I will no doubt return to this hotel whn I make it back to the island. It did not have a pool, but who need s a pool when the island is surrounded by such crystal clear blue beaches? I have no negative comments |

The owner, John, was very enthusiastic to help us out and recommended some nice places to eat and visit. The entire staff always met us with a smile and made our stay very pleasant. We loved Santorini and would love to return to Galatia Villas. Highly recommended and great value for money! The walk up to the main town will take about 7 minutes. Very easy to get to but requires a bit of uphill walking. |
