とても親切なオーナーで息子もかわいがってもらいました。朝ご飯も美味しくて、部屋もとても綺麗でした。 フィラのセントラルまで少し遠かったです。急な坂を15分くらいあるくのは乳母車を押してはしんどかったです。 |

予約後すぐにFiraの中心部からの地図を送ってくださったので助かりました。その他疑問点もメールを送るとすぐに返信くださいました。オーナーさんも息子さんもとても親切で居心地の良いところだと思います。朝食も美味しかったです。 不満ではありませんが、中心部から少し距離があるので、荷物が多い場合は空港or港からタクシーのほうがいいと思います。 |

ストライキで1泊目はゆけない旨連絡したところ、料金は取られずにすみました。2日目の23時に到着しましたが、レセプションは閉まっていてもドアに伝言があり、支障なくとまれました。とても親切。 |

センターから、ホテルの行き方が分からなかった為、旅行会社に立ち寄ったところ、ホテルに電話をしてくれて、その後オーナーが車で迎えに来てくれました。とてもアットホームなご夫婦で、次の日別のホテルに泊まるにも関わらず、そのホテルに電話をしてくださり、迎えにくるようにしてくれました。 |

房间很漂亮，老板很热情（发现希腊人都很热情哈）。部屋はとてもきれいです。 价格不便宜，而且地方很难找（离Fira镇中心很远，步行15分钟以上）。Fira中心部（バスステーション）より少し離れたところにあります。徒歩15分もかかり、場所も少しわかりづらかった。 |

The owner and his wife were wonderful. They take great pride in doing things right. Darling place and nice location. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date. Small shower, but very clean and tidy. |

Everything! I thought Galatia was a wonderful place with great amenities including Wi-Fi available in your room for free! There was a little bit of a walk to get to the city but not bad at all and very doable. The owners were very helpful as well, I would definitely come back! |

Our room is clean with nice setting. The whole environment is so quiet and pleasant. The hotel staff is so kind to drive us to the bus station when we are leaving. The location is a bit away from the city centre. You have to walk 10-15 minutes with big baggage and have to go through a slope before arriving to the hotel. |

The owner was delightful, very helpful with suggestions regarding restaurants and sites to see. Wonderful breakfast with homemade butter croissants. Lovely little hotel, very cute and quiet except for the nearby rooster that crowed every morning, but even that was quaint. Would definitely stay there again. |

The building was Santorini-style nice and charming. Location was nice and relaxing atmosphere. The room was really clean and had lovely interior. The staffs were extremely frinedly and could ask any questions for tourist. It was really unforgettable and nice stay! |

The room was small, but clean and very modern with an arched celing and biult from natural materials. The A/C was quick to cool down a hot room. The owner was always helpful and friendly. There was one free computer for internet use. The beds were a little uncomfortable, the hotel more out of the center of Fira than I expected, and we had no view or balcony (one small window that looked at other people's sitting area). |

The host - very friendly and helpful, proactively gave us tips on where to go for sightseeing, nice restaurants to eat, etc. The place is nice & cozy. Everything is perfect except for the location - it's 15 minutes uphill walk to the center and the roads do not have pedestrian walkway, so we need to be very careful with cars passing us. |
