The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, host is very hospitable. The bathroom is quite small; in the daytime it is a bit dark if not turn on the lights; a bit far away from Fira center. |

位置一般，去市中心要一直上坡，而且小路上都是驴粪，很脏，屋子条件挺好的的，老板很会做生意，送你点小礼- 物，要求全部都好评，呵呵 |

Very nice services, warm welcoming, freindly and helpful owner. He gave us many suggestion and advices for our travelling. Also, interior design are very nice, have kitchen and stuff. Just a bit far to the center, about 15 mins walk, and difficult to go there by bus, unless you take a taxi |

The owner is very passionate, very nice. The room is very very clean and romantic. The whole villas is well decorated.... Location is ok. Good value. They provided the equipment for internet access. But I failed to get it run...Probably it works. The sign showing the way to the villa is too small. probably the size is restricted. But it 's a problem for finding the place, especially for driving. |

超好的老板，主动把我们的房间升级成最好的套房，临走还送我们小礼物。院子非常漂亮，房间也干净整洁，我们- 很喜欢这家酒店！VERY VERY GOOD !!! 离市中心稍微有点远，要爬个小小的坡才能到主路上，但是绝对值得去住！ |

房东非常热情，给了不少有用的建议。价格实惠。房间还算干净。 网络是一种电线网络，极慢，连接国内速度大概只有1K/秒；距离FIRA有点远，要走一段公路，加上一段上- 坡的小路，我们去的时候正好下雨，路都被水淹了一部分。房东的英语不是特别好懂。 |

The owner was very nice, very helpful and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the top of the Caldera on the back side....so no views and a short walk to restaurants, buses, bars, etc. This wasn't a problem for the most part but was more troublesome with suitcases. |

Staff were excellent, They assisted with local information and were generally helpful Despite having a cooktop we were unable to cook as it was prohibited by the hotel ( due to previous complaints we were informed). The shower was small and water tends to go over the bathroom floor as it is a hand held shower head. |
