Galaxy Hotel  

I was near the beach and public tranportaion. The recption spoke english.

The staff at the reception were very professional, efficient and extremely kind to us. My husband was not well. They did the very best to arrange extra days stay in our room at the hotel until our flight home. The staff at the breakfast were also kind. Cleaning staff very accommodating when I requested that the room not be cleaned due to my husband sleeping. When my husband was up, they cleaned the room. We appreciated the personal touch!

A bit noisy because of the traffic. However, we wanted a sea view and we got it. No trouble sleeping because of the noise.

The hotel is situated very central and has a comfortable atmosphere because everything ist around. Markets for buying whatever you want even dentist and something else isn´t far away. The beach is few metres from the place and it´s interesting to take breakfast there because there is a good panorama look

The location is excellent, just across from the beach and on the X96 bus route from the airport. The tram stop is also very close. Our room was facing the beach and had a lovely balcony.

It's a little noisy because of traffic but this was expected. The breakfast didn't have the heaters lit under them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

the WIFI is not very good, had to get a different code everyday and the signal strength was weak so took ages for internet to load. Also the live in residents in room 301 were a nightmare so watch out for this room, it is a son and bedridden mother and he screams, swears and sometimes hits her during the middle of the night is very disturbing and upsetting to listen to. Management and reception were excellent offered to change my room and spoke with the son but he still continued.

The location was very nice as well as the staff of the Hotel. Very clean rooms and excellent view of the beach. the entrance was rebuild and you could nicelly sit and have a coffee or a drink. I will defenetelly stay again in this hotel.

A receptionist was very annoying, he created so many problems for me when I tried to book a room, trying to get 60 Euro not 50 like it was at booking.com. The room is very old, it smells, breakfast is poor. I can reccomend it only if it's your last VERY LAST choice!

Very good location if you r thinking of having a break of the city and enjoy of the beach which is right infront of the hotel, nice staff and fair enough about value money, nice view!!!.

Located very close to the beach with good facilities. Qualified and responsive staff. А great view. Not far from the city center.

Friendily staff with a great location. Two minutes from the beach and a number of shops. Also next to the tram so easy to go exploring. Room was basic though. But will do for how much our in the room.

Floors in the room were carpet which made the room roasting and also the carpets had stains in them.

не работал фен, я указал на это мастеру, но после этого ничего не произошло. вайфай в номере не работал, один из менеджеров не знал как соединить телефон для звонка за рубеж. дважды в этом мне помог кристо, за что ему большое спасибо.

очень вежливый русскоговорящий персонал. удобное месторасположение.

Очень хороший отель, удачное месторасположение, вид на море с балкона . Хорошее соотношение цена/качество. Вежливый и внимательный персонал.

На завтрак не очень большой выбор.
