location is great - views across to Thirassia and Oia. Good sized apartment and spotless. Bed was really comfortable and the room really quiet. Lovely pool but we only used it once as we were there in October and the sea was warmer. Breakfast was huge but unlike any I'd had in Greece - we took cake and cheese pies away for later.

Staff were friendly but apart from one person did not speak any English so were unable to help with basic information. Would have expected a pack of information on the local area, restaurants, trips and way around the town etc.

Great view over the Caldera and nice terrace just outside the front door. The room was a small cave with a nice painting in the bedroom. Good TV and fridge with a small bathroom in the next cave. Breakfast brought to the terrace each morning. Decent pool area but we didn't use it as the weather was not great.

For the price, the smaller touches were missing like quality of breakfast (especially the juice & coffee), the old shower pipe and low quality toileteries.

This unique hotel is situated in an ideal position for a panoramic view of the caldera. It appears to be very newly updated and is extremely clean and comfortable. We stayed in the 3 bedroom cave suite with 4 bathrooms and jacuzzi. Amazing! Walking distance to Fira Stephani and Fira via the footpath closest to the caldera. You will hike up and down and it is warm with the sun, but worth the views. Restaurants and shopping are available on the path, the best of which, in my opinoin are before you reach the cruise boat area. It quickly becomes very much a tourist trap area. Try Flame of the Volcano for lunch or dinner - excellent!

No. We had a slight problem with leaking hot water heater in one of our four (!) bathrooms which was quickly repaired. Very attentive and helpful staff.

We arrived late, but they were waiting with patience and helped with our specially heavy luggage!! They are very nice people and make the hotel like a home for us. And with the best view for sunset in the island!!!

Die Traditional-Suite für 480 eur für 2 Nächte war sehr schön von der Ausstattung her. Die Dusche war aber sehr verschimmelt und roch dementsprechend. Insgesamt roch das gesamte Appartment muffig. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Fast alle Schubladen ließen sich nicht öffnen. Diverse Elektrokabel waren entweder schlecht "verspeckt" -im Schlafzimmer schaute auf Augenhöche ein dicker Bund Kabel aus der Wand, lediglich mit Thesa zusammengehalten und notdürftig übergestrichen. Die Wassertemperatur im Jacuzzi war zu kalt und ließ sich nicht verstellen. Bei der Werbung und dem Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.

Il personale è gentilissimo. Yanni è davvero disponibile. La camera è accogliente e pulitissima. La vista è molto bella, anche se in parte rovinata dai fili elettrici.

Non è una spa: solo jacuzzi interne alle stanze. Non ha una hall, e la piscina è microscopica e intasata di americani, e alle spalle della piscina si vede il posteggio e il minimarket. La terrazza è assolatissima e priva di ombrelloni, perciò inagibile. La posizione non è delle migliori.

en la reserva que realice (la tengo impresa) nos ofrecian desayuno bufet, y esto no se dio en ninguno de los 6 dias de estancia.
