The spot; pretty close to Ag. Marina beach and ancient site of Afea. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very polite and always willing to help. The room was clean and quite.

The pool was VERY small. ~5m x 5m, like a large jacuzzi :-). The bathroom was very old and couple of tiles were broken.

What a find! Amazing value for money and one of the warmest welcomes in Greece. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked - which was a must in the 35 degree+ heat.

We liked the location of the hotel, in a quiet street & the many trees in the garden. There was also ample parking on the grounds. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the pool bar is fantastic.

The bedroom furniture was quite chipped and could do with some polish. The furniture in our rooms was of very good quality (something rare in hotels nowadays), but quite neglected. The windows, doors and shutters need to be replaced.

In general, probably one of the best hotels in Agia Marina, but dont expect still much (especially from the place). Only if you like more quiet places, wild rock beaches, and a bit tired of very crowded places, then AgMarina is better than Aegina. But if you seek for more lively and civilized place, then its not if your choice. The location of the hotel is nice. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Breakfast- is a bit plain. For a family run hotel it could be better. Oldish - despite the stylish classic furniture of old times and nice reception, the rest could be renovated a bit. It gives an impression that hotel is old. Not in a good way. Table tennis was not fixed, the roof bar was not opened - maybe it will be opened in the high season, but anyway, the hotel was full when we stayed, so ... The rest is fine.

Although this facility does not have all the bells and whistles of other resorts, I would go back there in a heartbeat. I want to thank Mr. Spyros Chatzinas, the owner and his family for making my wife and I feel at home. When we first arrived in Agia Marina by bus, we were greeted by Mr. Chatzinas and taken to the hotel. Our room wasn't ready and he asked us if we would like to try a glass of Ouzo, the traditional Greek Liquor. The hospitality continued from there. We were looking for a place to relax, I coming from a year in Afghanistan and my wife from the Western United States. We found the facility to be very peaceful, close to many nice local restaurants, close to the beach and a location that allowed for a nice drive around the island. Thanks to the help of Mr. Chatzinas and his son. So, for what my wife and I were looking for, this facility was great. I would highly recommend it. Oh by the way, although the pool is small, it is deep and situated on top of the roof overlooking the ocean and the beauty of the area. A great place to view the evening sunsets.

The terrace on the roof is amazing! You can see the golf and the entire town, while having a drink with friends or family.

The hotel was set amongst trees and was very romantic. The staff went above and beyond to ensure you were happy. The pool area is a sanctuary at night lit by candles and areas of shade during the day. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing! Old fashioned lovely rooms that really suit the hotels setting and romanticism.
