Service is perfect. All staffs are very friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel decoration at every inch is tasteful and warm. The room is spotless and filled with luxurious amenity. Breakfast is plenty full and the freshly squeezed orange juice is delicious. They are good at baking so all kinds of desert and cakes here are fantastic. Location is also great. Nothing

The most amazing breakfast I ever had. Bulgari toiletries, clean and big room, friendly staff. Very close to the port, if you're arriving there. No complaints at all. Everything was great.

Comfortable rooms, convenient location, nice views, great staff, delicious breakfasts. If you like cookies, this is the place for you. They always have in-house made cookies at the front desk. The pillows were a little too hard for our tastes.

Extremely helpful staff. The Megaron is well located close to town Bus station with regular links to Knossos and other major Cretan towns. Streets close to hotel were sadly in decay, shops boarded up , businesses closed down; clear evidence of current economic difficulties.

Cookies at check-in and the very extensive range of baked goods in the breakfast buffet! The super friendly staff. The superb location. Arriving at 10am for the breakfast buffet which ends at 10:30am to find that some items had already gone.

We know Megaron hotel from his beginning. The quality of the hotel have been always outstanding. We appreciate very much that hotel is nosmoking and is pet friendly. The hotel breakfast are for us the one of the best in ever hotel. The stuff of the hotel is sofisticated and friendly and they do their job magnificient. Sure we return to this hotel.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room and restaurant were nicely furnished and decorated and the food was delicious. I would have liked help in getting to the hotel. My arrival was confusing and it was only by luck that we found our way to the hotel.

Very conveniently located to both city and transportation out to sites in Crete. Very cheap bus ride from airport. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Walk to port, city center and more restaurants then you can use. Very happy with stay and would recommend. It was very close to bus station and the activity there started early. Keep windows closed in early morning.

The location, the history of the building and the view. Food was pretty good, although our dinner at "5" was unexceptional, and there was only one poor server who kept apologizing for not being more efficient. Although she did a great job under the circumstances! all the NO SMOKING signs yet obvious cigarette smell in all public areas of the hotel.
