24 hour reception, and they were very helpful with tour bookings and onward travel The air con was noisy as was the traffic outside the window, so it was debatable whether to open the window or sleep with Air con on

The breakfast was OK and the view was great People on the desk at reception did not help me as they said they would re the bus stop location. It was extremely noisy. I hated the music everywhere until very late at night. I was positioned on a floor with young men who were very very noisy all night. The top floors were empty and it would have been sensible and kind to put me in a room there. The room was very small and, as I said, noisy.

The location is good. The breakfast was more than I had expected with a magnificent view on the eighth floor. The Key Card was not working and I had to go back to the reception with all my baggages to get a conventional key to get into the room. The next day the receptionist admitted that beeing his fault that the key cards were ot working . The a/c was not working and it was very cold in the room ,and also the telephone was dead.We had to go at midnight to the reception to compain about the cold and the phone. The receptionist was very helpful and we got a room change with working A/c

Price and performance is very good. Location is very good and don't listen to those who are saying it is not friendly. 20 mins to Acropolis, 10 mins to Monastiraki, close to metro. Great place if you are coming to Athens for city tour. Nice staff, clean rooms. Bath towels and bed linnen was changed everyday (which is actually nto usual for 3 satr hotel). Anyway, value for money. And remember youa re in one of the best cities in the world...so if you have a clean bed to sleep, hot water in the shower, breakfast and wi fi...you are the rest means nothing:). Enjoy Athens!

The responsibles were so friendly and helpfull. The room was really clean. Especially when you think about your payment, this otel is really the best one you can find. The location is good, you could reach the metro station on foot in 5 minutes. In the nights the location is desolate. You may meet people who cannot walk straight. It could be a bit scary, especially if you are a group of full of girls.

The room was ok with comfortable beds and clean. The staff were friendly and service minded. I booked through the internet and there was a special price offer in december so the price was very low. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but not bad either. I stayed 3 nights. Noisy area with not so nice surroundings. Near to metro station Metaxourgio. I was told it was not a safe area, but I did not walk around late in the evenings so I do not know how "unsafe" the area is.

This hotel is close to the metro stations of Metaxourgio & Omonia and enables you to reach many monuments if you are here for vacations and sightseeing. In the same time, the area of Psiri and Exarchia is near enough to have a taste of the greek nightlife (also those areas are quite economical and addressing to young people). Furthermore, this hotel is clean and has a very helpfull and polite personel. We had a problem turning on the A/C but no more than 10' after we called the reception an electrician has arrived at our room and switched it on. He showed us how to use it, since it was a bit tricky and urged us pleasantly to contact the reception if we needed anything else. As a whole we have a very good opinion of the hotel and we will probably visit it again. The area is considered to be controvercial (high levels of criminality) but even though we walked at night we didn't face anything that would have "scared" us... For safety reasons though, it would definately be wise to be cautious when walking at night and don't dress provocatively.

Top service! Room was clean, breakfast is also good! Perfect view from the restaurant at the 8th floor! Things that could be improved are the following. Usage of free wifi internet in the rooms. Also, during winter, the Restaurant at the 8th floor should stay open also after noon.

Location is near Plaka area. Metro station is very close and only 3 stops to Acropolis. The hotel receptionists are very helpful and they allowed me to stay at the hotel lobby until 3am. The hotel is cheap and good value. Dangerous at night. There's a lot of beggars and prostitutes at night. The streets are very dark and few people walking outside at night so It would be dangerous to walk alone. Breakfast is not bad nor good. Tables were dirty and there's only one working at the breakfast so there is no one to ask if there's need to refill the trays of food. Aircon doesn't work well. They have to call the technician to fix the aircon. We only stayed in this hotel for a night but in general, our stay wasn't that bad. Better to book a hotel in Plaka area.

We stayed two days in this Hotel. The room is spacious , clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and good. It is very cheap hotel. No WIFI in the room. 1 hour 3 euro in the reception area. We wanted to leave at 5 "O" clock to the airport on the 3rd day. They packed our breakfast and kept ready for us. I really appreciate the service they rentered.
