Hotel is close to Athen's city center but in an extremely notorious neighborh very-very dangerous after dark. The breakfast is very nice served at 8th floor has a quite cool view. Also nice that we have free wi-fi at room ! Our old-TV set had no voice and although asked at reception to do something for it they did not even we've stayed there for 5 nights !!! If you are going to stay at this hotel do select "Metaxugrio" metro- station for yr movements and avoid the "Omonia" one, because of a very-very- very dangerous people walking at night around. |

The restaurant is nice and the room was ok for this price. The location is undoubtful bad and not safe after dark! When we arrived and got one street wrong we were clearly in a dangerous area. It is a pity for the hotel but I prefer to pay a bit more and feel safe to return in the evening to the hotel. |

When we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that we had to pay 40€ less than expected. There was the possibility of luggage storage on the day we checked out, most of the personnel spoke English very well and they were usually very helpful, e.g. called us a taxi when we asked for it. Our room was very small and it faced the street, so it was quite loud. The quality of the breakfast could have been better, all though the variety was sufficient. When we arrived in our room as well as after room service there were still some hairs left in the bathroom. And the shower leaked so that the whole bath (which was very small) got wet during showering. |

The breakfast. The only thing they need to be inproved is the fruit juice they offer that doest taste juice at all. The shower room is so small. I am slim and still struggling turning inside the bath tub. |

The hotel was comfortable and ideally located near Vathia square. We were very pleased with our stay there. Not too far to walk to the metro stations to get the train to the airport. It was a little noisy during the night with traffic noise. Typical for Athens. Also the breakfast fruit juices were too thin and watery. Otherwise, the breakfast was good. |

Good standard of room and general cleanliness. Rooftop resturant was good. Location is not in one of the better areas of Athens. Quite a lot of traffic noise even with the windows closed. |

Me and my partner were very pleased with our stay. We were very pleased to speak to the receptionist, Mary was German, and she so helpful and competently. Such people like Mary I needed in my company. |

When we walked into the room it smelt awful! We called down to be switched to another room and they didn't have any, so they just sent up someone with a can of air freshener to spray the room. Then the wireless internet didn't work and when we called down to ask the front desk to reset the router for our floor, they said they would and it still never worked. We tried the internet on other floors and in the lobby and none of it worked. Part of the reason we stayed at this hotel is because of the free wireless so we were really upset when it didn't work and the hotel didn't do anything about it. Not worth the money, there are hotels in the city for same price that are better!! |

Especially for Greece the breakfast is really recommendable, esp. if it is included in the room rate as it was for us. The rooms are OK in size and the bath room was very clean. I would always recommend to ask for upper floor rooms, if possible to the backside of the hotel because the street is quite loud. The location is somewhat doubtful but we knew that before. However, you can easily get everywhere in the city and there are two metro stations nearby. So this should not be a reason not to stay in the hotel. The streets seemed safe to me although there were strange people around who just ignored us. |

The breakfast and dining room on the 8th floor. The standard of cleanliness, both in our room and the public areas, and provision of a refrigerator. The reception staff were very helpful. Value for money in a fairly expensive city. Lack of tea/coffee making facility in the room. The location is by no means ideal but nowhere near as bad as other reviewers have stated. |

The environment nearby is not as terrible as some guests comments. Though we feel a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, the safety is ok. The breakfast is good. Location is close to the mainsightseeings. Good vaule for money. |

We found an offer of 50 euros for the double bed room incl breakfast which was a bargain. Everything form furniture to facilities are brand new. The breakfast buffet was excellent , it was clean , the stuff was polite and helpfull. Everywhere else we would have paid at least the double for what the hotel offers. Unfortunately it is very close to a dangerous area full of junkies and hopeless Asian immigrants. Honestly everything is excellent . They have to insist to the Greek authorities to clean the area from the junkies and the hopeless immigrants . It is a shame for that hotel to offer such a high class service and be in an area that is real dodge and dangerous . |

The lobby and cafe area is nice and light and serves nice pastries. Breakfast also nice. Mary on reception was very helpful sorting out our second night in a nice double room. Some single rooms are oddly shaped and the a\c didn't work in one of ours. When we complained and asked for assistance with it, the male receptionist said nobody could come up and there were no more rooms. In such a small room it was very uncomfortable. |
