I had to leave early in the morning before breakfast so they made me a pack to take with me. Although not flash - the effort was better than expected.

Nice clean rooms, good shower.

Being British I would have liked to have made a cuppa in my room but
there was no kettle. Its a minor point.

The location of the hotel was really bad. The area was immediately around the hotel was nopt safe at all.

There was adequate air-conditioning and the hotel was in better
condition than most of the others in the area.

The location was not ideal as it was not convienient to get to any main
attractions and furthermore, dealt with 2 of the reception staff which
were both unfriendly and unwilling to help when we needed information or
directions. We requested a morning call on the morning we were checking
out and the receptionist said ok, but we did not get the morning call
and nearly missed our ferry.

Excellent breakfast, good vqlue for money and conveniently located near the underground.

Not in the best area of town, but it's not Beirut as some comments suggest!

It seemed to be excellent value for money... good clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area and elevators

Surrounding area of the hotel seemed a little sketchy and ofcourse terribly noisy

We stayed at the Crystal Hotel. We liked the roof garden.

The room was very small for two persons. We had been moved from one rgular room to a smaler one, because befor we checked inn there was å party of 3 who were given ouer room. We had booked room in april, and we had to change hotel and room. That's one too much.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was lovely.

We had to pay at the arrival before seeing the room - in other places we have payed at check out. We booked a double room but got a twin room.
