we did not need transportation to go to the old city and the shopping center.
one elvator for a big hotel. breakfast time one has to wait fo the elevator or else use the stairs.
The staff - very friendly and helpful.
Despite repeated requests and repeated attempts by the technicians the air con was a issue throughout my 3 day stay and could not be fixed - was either sauna like or freezing cold!
Very good location. Breakfast was filling with good selection of food and a nice seating area over looking the city!
Lots of young people who came in drunk at 4am and stayed up drinking in their room until 7am making the worst noise possible!!!
Facilities are unconfortable and dirty
Friendly and efficient staff. Clean. Good breakfast. Child friendly. Value for money.
Rooms are very fine and clean, breakfast good. A top value for money place! If you arrive by Metro first time, make sure you find the right exit and directions. If you do so it s only a five minute walk, if not it yould get a bit tiresome to find the place
Roof garden Rich breakfast with variety
Location ok but not great
- nice breakfast - allowed me to check-in very early like 10am - helpful staff - great location near Archaeological museum - 5-7min walk from the nearest metro station
- no ac in corridors and lift
The location of the hotel is good (it's near to the metro station). The breakfast is included.
There was one elevator in the hotel, the room was pretty small and there was no shower curtain, so when showering, the bathroom was completely wet.
The staff were very helpful, it was very clean, great value for money.
The Area was terrible, get a taxi just outside of the hotel for 3 euros into Athens. we made the mistake of walking, its not a safe place, such a shame for the hotel. The Restaurant staff were pretty odd!!, and didnt open the times it said it should, we went to have an evening meal at 8.45 as we had a long day, and the restaurant was shut, but the girl behind the bar did get us some food sent from another hotel !
Halfway form Omonia metro station to Metaxurgio station. Strong conditioner. Good fridge. Rooftop restaurant.
District is dirty and unpleasant. Like many other places in Athens. But seems to be safe. Wifi sometimes wasn't functionning. Noisy place. Strange shower without a curtain.
Not too far from the metro. Rooms good. Breakfast good.
Reception staff not very cordialbas would not greet in the morning and not very helpful with tourism
Stayed for one night. Very good hotel, good bed, good value for money.Big bathroom
Near to Metro station, breakfast its ok,polite staff, room was ok.
No curtains in the bathroom, the water was coming outof the bath. the telephone wasn't working, the safety box wasn't working either.small tv
Good wifi in room, clean and helpful staff.
Area was not ideal, some areas were rough around the hotel.
Location was central to my needs and the staff were always helpful and friendly
I am in a wheelchair . I found the bathroom small and the shower only just adequate to use. Also there was no room for me to access the balcony.
It is a real gem, value for money and friendly, helpful staff.
The staff were helpfull and kind. Our room was clean. We stayed two days and they cleaned our room while we had breakfast. We were very surprised upon our return. They cleaned it very fast and it was really nice. Many Greeks told us that the area was kind of bad and dangerous, full of immigrants etc. But we have only experienced hard working people (especially from India, Pakistan etc), operating tiny shops and were very friendly. Some side streets (one can take the main streets aswell-which are better lit) are not renovated nor well lit but one can walk through, towards other areas without any problem. During the night it is dark but nothing happened. So the area is fine!!
The breakfast was not veggie friendly. I'm a vegan and watermelon was my only option. They served some bread and jam (probably containing some animal ingredient) but I didn't touch it. I was surprised that they didn't serve some greens and olives.
When we arrived at this hotel there was no prenotation even I had the booking confirmation with me .. Than i have to wait about 15 minutes to take a room that smelles like feet . The toilett was terrible . And after 30 min that we were at our room , the guy down called , and said that we have to pay for the 2 nights we had to stay there. We paid and they didnt give the recive because the recive will be given when we chek out,, fortunatelly we stay there only for 2 nights
An excellent hotel. No complaints at all.
-rich breakfast, rooftop restaurant -near the metro station -cross the street to a guarded, elevated parking (10euro/day) -good price -nice helpfull staff -working fridge
-horrible wifi ! -windows at the street, very noisy. impossible to sleep with the window open. also impossible to sleep with the A/C ok, because: -A/C full of mould, remote won't work. -bad smell in bathroom, had to keep lights/fan always on, even during the night ! -very small bath-tub / shower cabin. -4-5 cars max on hotel parking (in the street, no security)
Staff were extremely helpful
Lick of new paints n updated will be nice, cant really complain as it is defo value for money
The service and facilities were great. All the Staff were excellent.
The hotel it self is really nice and shiny! Room are clean and they cleaned/replaced our sheets and towels everyday. Having spent only £13 for BB is great value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the location. It quite doggy and there were police around the area which signals that it not the safest area in Athens. Having said that it is yet very close to the main attractions so we didn't mind!
