A localização é estratégica em relação ao Metro, o que ajudou muito a nosssos objetivos de passeios a pontos turísticos.

N-+ão é responsabilidade do Hotel,mas região nos pareceu um pouco insegura, apesar de policiamento visível existiam muitos elementos duvidosos nos arredores.

Treinar melhor os atendentes da lanchonete/restaurante para se comunicarem melhor em inglês e serem mais gentis.

I left some items in the hotel room and they were returned. Great value for the money.Breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, the room was very comfortable and the air conditioner was excellent. Overall style and cleanliness thorughout the hotel also deserves mention.

The coffee at breakfast was on the first day so weak it was barely drinkable (perhaps made for the youth group staying there?) but was better on the second day (group had departed?). The juices were both sugar water; perhaps one could have been more 'real' to give guests a choice at least.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Example: fixing small problems in room and earlier breakfast before Day trip. Location fine. Nice hotel.

I liked almost everything about the hotel (staff, rooms, breakfast)

I chose this hotel because I saw it is very close to city center - yes, it's true. Yet I didn't like at all the area were the hotel is placed - in a doubtful area, full of emigrants. During the day, there was no problem but as soon as it was getting dark, the streets around the hotel were full of drunk people, noisy people.
