Good location within Fira, easy walk to main bus station.

No power points had to unplug the fridge or TV to use a power point.

Fantastic. Ran by a family, and the boss and her daughter personally pick you up from and to the airport or seaport should you request. Very nice people, definitely recommend this place.

Just the lack of shampoo. But it's well priced, can't complain. I felt very comfortable staying there.

Room is old and out of date. It was a terrible smell from water pipe drain.

It is a well-designed hotel, with private balconies and nice view, near the caldera. The swimming pool is big and nice. The staff, service, everything was perfect. I would stay again.

Small bathroom, a little noisy

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Bery close to buses, shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The Price was very good

The location is very good 5min walk from the center. The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very poor. What I found disappointing was that we needed to use the telephone in the room in the middle of the night (it was an emergency) and the phone was not working. There was no one at the reception during the night and all this was quite disappointing for us. Something that we really appreciated was that they offered transport from the hotel to the port.

Very friendly hotel staff, good location (only 5min walk from the center), good swiming pool with sun beds around. Also a nice filling buffet breakfast and free pick up from the port (+ dropp off) was included and appreciated :)

The only minus in the room was the old and tşired furniture. Especially the wardrobe really has to be replaced. It smelled so bad we didn't even reopen during our entire stay. Also the restaurant (Fanari) which lovely Katherina reccomended was a disaster. Avoid that one unless you like to eat in a restaurant with a very bad service, tasteless nonfresh food and an extra donkey crap smell.

A family run business, everyone very friendly and helpful. Free transfers from port.

Uphill walk to town, but not very far

The staff from the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to the center of Fira, where we can find many restaurants, stores, parties and extremely beatiful views.

Very small,poorly lit room.Telephone and Airconditioner did not work. Toilets needed flushing 3-4 times.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Séjours très agréable , personnel accueillant qui conseille les activités à faire sur Santorin. Piscine très agréable et propre. Petit déjeuner vraiment copieux et bon! La chambre un peu petite mais avec un balcon . Transfet de port à l'hôtel ( le gérant vient nous chercher si on lui communique l'heure d'arrivée) Très bien situé aussi, proche de la station de bus principale.

l'odeur de javel dans le bâtiment mais il vaut mieux ça qu'autre chose !
