Staff were friendly & helpful, hotel is clean and walking distance to town & santorini bus station. Transfers included & greatly appreciated. The room with balcony and view of sea - perfect for sunirse! Will stay again.

only minor, shower was quiet small where the curtain woudl stick to you! Made me laugh though!

Room is old and out of date. It was a terrible smell from water pipe drain.

Typical nice and romantic greekhotel with frendly staff.Also we liked the free transfer.

Maybe it had been nice with some fresh bread at breakfast, instead of toast.

We were very happy with our stay at the golden star! The staff was very helpful and the location was just minutes to the city centre. Having pick up/ drop off and breakfast included was a huge bonus! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return ourselves!

Katerina was simply amazing. Have never met a sweeter girl more willing to do anything for you. Nothing was hard or left for us to figure out. Felt more welcome there than some 5 star resorts I've stayed in. Perfect.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. Bery close to buses, shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The Price was very good

The location is very good 5min walk from the center. The hotel was fairly clean and comfortable.Breakfast was very poor. What I found disappointing was that we needed to use the telephone in the room in the middle of the night (it was an emergency) and the phone was not working. There was no one at the reception during the night and all this was quite disappointing for us. Something that we really appreciated was that they offered transport from the hotel to the port.

Very friendly hotel staff, good location (only 5min walk from the center), good swiming pool with sun beds around. Also a nice filling buffet breakfast and free pick up from the port (+ dropp off) was included and appreciated :)

The only minus in the room was the old and tşired furniture. Especially the wardrobe really has to be replaced. It smelled so bad we didn't even reopen during our entire stay. Also the restaurant (Fanari) which lovely Katherina reccomended was a disaster. Avoid that one unless you like to eat in a restaurant with a very bad service, tasteless nonfresh food and an extra donkey crap smell.

Uphill walk to town, but not very far

The staff from the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to the center of Fira, where we can find many restaurants, stores, parties and extremely beatiful views.

Accueil tres sympathique. On vient vous chercher à l'aeroport et on vous ramene sur simple demande. L'hotel est à quelques dizaines de metres du centre de fira, ce qui lui confère une vraie proximité de toutes les commodités mais aussi un peu de recul pour être au calme . Les chambres donnent sur la piscine. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et aux petits soins, notamment au petit-dejeuner.
