Luxury room

The opening times of spa and gym were different than in the brochure in my room, thus I did not have time to go to gym (as it closed earlier).

The romm, the exellent breakfast and the great Spa (exellent massages)

Besides the excellent condition of the rooms and the incredible breakfast buffet, this hotel's great advantage is that it is within walking distance from the lake where all the bars and restaurants are and the tourist shops. The staff was really polite, the mattress was just about right and the comforting level was really high.

One thing I would improve is the swimming pool. This hotel is basically for business meetings but still the pool area and the landscape could be a little more interesting for the other type of guests and for kids too.

You had to pay to use the inside pool (was too cold for outside). Hotel didn't have a "green towel" policy - they need to get environmentally friendly. The smoking and no-smoking areas were not set apart - majority of guests were smoking during breakfast. They clearly didn't mind polluting their small children's lungs, but I'm not related. Roll on the smoking ban.

Excellent Service, quality, beatiful outstanding hotel!

The spa and the gym are extra. It should say this on the site as well as mention what they charge for the use of them. Also I do not understand why big hotels charge for Internet by the hour! where smaller hotels have free internet.

Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο (τουλάχιστον αυτό στο οποίο έμεινα),πολύ καλό πρωϊνό (αν αι δεν το τίμησα πολύ..λόγω διαίτης), θερμό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ευτύχημα ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Στο πραγματικά μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο λείπει κάποιο μικρό τραπεζάκι και κάποιο πρόσθετο κάθισμα (ίσως μια μικρή πολυθρόνα). Όχι για να γεμίσει το χώρο αλλά και για να κάθεται ο ένοικος (η καρέκλα του γραφείου είναι άβολη για αυτό το σκοπό). Εγώ μετέφερα την καρέκλα από το μπαλκόνι. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένας τιμοκατάλογος του mini bar. Τον αναζήτησα αλλά δεν τον βρήκα. Αλλά ίσως μου διέφυγε.
