Excellent service, friendly staff, superb cleanliness and do not miss the Spa treatments and the jets in the internal heated pool. Very relaxing! Also, the free Hermes products was a special treat! |

Very comfortable room. Excellent choice of spa treatments. Particularly liked the chocolate body wrap! Good choice for breakfast. You had to pay to use the inside pool (was too cold for outside). Hotel didn't have a "green towel" policy - they need to get environmentally friendly. The smoking and no-smoking areas were not set apart - majority of guests were smoking during breakfast. They clearly didn't mind polluting their small children's lungs, but I'm not related. Roll on the smoking ban. |

We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. It was a peeceful well prosented and professional hotel throughout. |

Excellent Service, quality, beatiful outstanding hotel! The spa and the gym are extra. It should say this on the site as well as mention what they charge for the use of them. Also I do not understand why big hotels charge for Internet by the hour! where smaller hotels have free internet. |

Hôtel un peu kitch (grand salons meublés de manière un peu exubérante), mais très confortable avec des grandes chambres (penser à demander un balcon). Service impeccable et somme toute prix raisonnables vu la catégorie de l'hôtel.J'avais été dans un hôtel au même emplacement quand il s'appelait simplement Xenia, le nouvel hôtel n'a plus rien à voir mais je voulais y aller en raison de l'emplacement et par nostalgie de mes séjours précédents |

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ήταν μια απόλαυση. Φανταστική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό και υπέροχο πρωινό, ειδικά σε όσους αρέσουν οι γλυκές γεύσεις. Μεγάλα δωμάτια και επώνυμα προϊόντα περιποίησης. Γενικά ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. |

πολυτελεια, ανεση, πρωτοτυπη ιδεα ξενοδοχειου, κεντρικο και ταυτοχρονα ησυχο, σχεση κοστουσ αποδοσησ η πισινα χρεωνεται extra στουσ ενοικουσ, διαφωνω. ετσι χανει πελατεσ απο το ξενοδοχειο που δεν πηγαινουν καθολου να δουν ουτε το spa. οι τιμεσ των spa υπηρεσιων ειναι διεθνεισ. καποιεσ ακριβοτερεσ ακομη και απο τισ τιμεσ του spa του burj al arab στο dubai !!!!!! |
