The room's facilities were remarkable, so was its decoration. The hotel gave the chance for a down-town walk thanks to its location. The breakfast was perfect. The extra charge for using the pool. |

Rich breakfast buffet with freshly squeezed orange juice. Very well-decorated and comfortable rooms. Sense of luxury in the lobby. Convenient location. The swimming pool not very exciting and the pool facilities poor. Hotel bar prices too high. Reception staff could smile a bit more. |

Besides the excellent condition of the rooms and the incredible breakfast buffet, this hotel's great advantage is that it is within walking distance from the lake where all the bars and restaurants are and the tourist shops. The staff was really polite, the mattress was just about right and the comforting level was really high. One thing I would improve is the swimming pool. This hotel is basically for business meetings but still the pool area and the landscape could be a little more interesting for the other type of guests and for kids too. |

The room was a good and relaxing size, decoration real Serai. Personnel very polite and friendly. Free fully working internet. Breakfast ..!!! Central but secluded. We' ll be back. |

Excellent service, friendly staff, superb cleanliness and do not miss the Spa treatments and the jets in the internal heated pool. Very relaxing! Also, the free Hermes products was a special treat! |

Very comfortable room. Excellent choice of spa treatments. Particularly liked the chocolate body wrap! Good choice for breakfast. You had to pay to use the inside pool (was too cold for outside). Hotel didn't have a "green towel" policy - they need to get environmentally friendly. The smoking and no-smoking areas were not set apart - majority of guests were smoking during breakfast. They clearly didn't mind polluting their small children's lungs, but I'm not related. Roll on the smoking ban. |

We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. It was a peeceful well prosented and professional hotel throughout. |

Excellent Service, quality, beatiful outstanding hotel! The spa and the gym are extra. It should say this on the site as well as mention what they charge for the use of them. Also I do not understand why big hotels charge for Internet by the hour! where smaller hotels have free internet. |

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Innen- und Außenpool. Bei der Benutzung des Innenpools musste ich dann feststellen, dass die Benutzung auf 45 Minuten beschränkt ist und zudem pro Person € 20,00 kostet. Aus meiner Sicht eine Unverschämtheit, da der Innenpool Grundlage meiner Entscheidung für das Hotel war. |

Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο (τουλάχιστον αυτό στο οποίο έμεινα),πολύ καλό πρωϊνό (αν αι δεν το τίμησα πολύ..λόγω διαίτης), θερμό και ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ευτύχημα ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης. Στο πραγματικά μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο λείπει κάποιο μικρό τραπεζάκι και κάποιο πρόσθετο κάθισμα (ίσως μια μικρή πολυθρόνα). Όχι για να γεμίσει το χώρο αλλά και για να κάθεται ο ένοικος (η καρέκλα του γραφείου είναι άβολη για αυτό το σκοπό). Εγώ μετέφερα την καρέκλα από το μπαλκόνι. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένας τιμοκατάλογος του mini bar. Τον αναζήτησα αλλά δεν τον βρήκα. Αλλά ίσως μου διέφυγε. |
