The hotel has very high standards. The staff is excellent, the location superb and the style very interesting. I would recommend it without hesitation.

- The Hotel Managment should improve the Business Center. There is an immediate need for color laser printer to be there. - Wi-Fi in all common areas (lobby, etc.).

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, nice spacious rooms, convenient location, parking place is an advantage.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are totaly incomprehensible: I stayed at the hotel in August 2012 (temperature: 38 C) and the outdoor swimming pool closed at 19.00 h, which is extremely early (especially for a 5* hotel...). The variety of the breakfast is satisfactory but the quality of some products (dairy products and cold cuts) is not the best.

Location, initial appearance

There were a lot of things that needed repairing. Knobs fell off the cupboards. The shower head was broken, there was no plug in the bath. the Air con was inadequate, we had the remove the cover and leave it on all the time to cool the room. The balcony door fell off when my husband opened it.

Simply magnificent!

Children below 16 are not allowed in the indoor swimming pool. This should be known to families before they commit to staying since the spa is a major feature of the hotel.

The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast was good. The staff was flexible and helpful to save us some of the discomfort of the arrangements.

The quality of services does not correspond to the hotel's pretension. The only elevator was breaking down constantly (we were with a big stroller and chose a 5 star hotel precisely not to be in trouble with it and the small children we have). The swimming pool was closed on Sundays (!?) and was not for children under 16, but that was not mentioned when we booked. We counted on it to entertain the children. The booking was obligatory to be half-pension, but the dinner only started at 8 pm (again, this was not clear when the booking was made). In the rooms was very hot (outside was 12C), and once you open the window, the heating system of the hotel was audible like industrial noise.

Excellent value, with buffet breakfast and dinner included. The staff was friendly and helpful.

εξαιρετικο δωματιο,τελεια διακοσμηση που σε μεταφερει σε αλλη εποχη απιστευτη θεση στο κεντρο της πολης και ταυτοχρονα απομονωμενο γυρω γυρω απο το πρασινο. τελειο πρωινο!!!

η ευγένεια του προσωπικού, η πολυτέλεια , το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο, το ότι βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετικό προσωπικό και φαγητό.

βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο, με άνετο πάρκινγκ. μεγάλα δωμάτια, με προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.

το πρωινό και ο βραδινός μπουφές θα μπορούσαν να βελτωθούν, ώστε να ανταποκρίνονται στα 5 αστέρια του ξενοδοχείου. δεν υπήρχε ασύρματη σύνδεση internet στα δωμάτια.

υπηρχαν ωρεσ που το ξενοδοχειο θυμιζε παιδικη χαρα ακομη και στο εστιατοριο.το προσωπικο δεν επεδιωκε να επιβαλει ταξη.

δεν λειτουργουσε το spa και δεν με ειχαν ενημερωσει γι'αυτο στην ερωτηση μου γιατι δεν με ενημερωσατε οταν εκανα κρατηση η απαντηση ηταν "δεν ρωτησατε " και αναρωτιμαι θα επρεπε να ρωτησω και για το αν θα εχει κρεβατι ? υποτιθεται οτι ειναι στα στανταρ , facilities , ............

Το βραδινό όταν ήταν αλά καρτ σετ ήταν του επιπέδου του ξενοδοχείου

Ottima accoglienza,mi hanno assegnato la camera alle sette del mattino invece delle ore 12 come contratto. Grazie .Colazione e cena di qualità e abbondante. Ritornerò volentieri.

η αιθουσα υποδοχησ ειναι τεραστια και πολυτελησ .το προσωπικο πολυ ευγενικο και χαμογελαστο. η πισινα πολυ δροσερη αλλα με λιγεσ ξαπλωστρεσ. το πρωϊνο και το δειπνο (ημιδιατροφη) σε μπουφε πλουσιο και νοστιμο. ευχαριστη εκπληξη οτι εχει παρκινγκ και μαλιστα υπο την σκια δενδρων.

ο κλιματισμοσ δεν ηταν επαρκησ. το δωματιο μασ το αποκαλουσαμε " grand hammam" .βεβαια πεσαμε και σε μερεσ καυσονα. το εστιατοριο a la carte ειχε υψηλεσ τιμεσ και οχι αναλογησ ποιοτητασ φαγητο.

J'ai adoré la décoration de l'hotel, un endroit réellement magique, féérique digne d'un quatre étoiles.

J'ai trouvé que le personnel était absent. Personne pour nous accueillir, personne pour nous accompagner à la chanbre ou porter nos valises. Une réceptionniste à peine aimable et personne non plus au buffet du petit déjeuner. De plus, le spa était fermé alors qu'on était en pleine saison touristique (août). Un peu déçue que cela n'ai pas été précisé lors de notre réservation.

L'hotel offre un'immagine di lusso e di sogno ben equilibrati senza essere "pacchiano". La posizione è buona, con una piccola passeggiata si arriva in pieno centro dove sarebbe un po' difficile trovare tutto lo spazio che l'hotel occupa.

Essendo un hotel prestigioso viene sovente utilizzato per festeggiare dei matrimoni che si protraggono anche durante la notte. Essendo Ioannina una città multietnica e multiculturale, ci si sposa anche di venerdì, oltre che di sabato e di domenica, per cui le notti un po' vivaci e allegre possono coprire più giorni. Le finestre chiuse comunque riescono a limitare quasi perfettamente le musiche esterne.

παρα πολυ καλο ξενοδοχειο, με υπηρεσιεσ καθριοτητασ του δωματιου ακομα και δυο φορεσ την ημερα.. απεχει ελαχιστα απο το κεντρο των ιωαννινων, ενω το παρκινγκ του ξενοδοχειου ειναι αρκετα μεγαλο..
