Great location to reach every part of the island, very quiet and pretty views. Great indoor space with every comfort (including AC, Wi-fi, big and comfortable bed). Huge outdoor space with numerous sittings. We enjoyed our time and Anastasis was kind and available.

Grand View Villa is operating as a “boutique” holiday residence, for guests looking for “alternative” style of relaxation and holiday. Our spacious garden area offers relaxation under the sun or the stars, as well as stunning view over Kardamena and the endless Aegean sea. One bedroom Cottage is a comfortable, fully equipped residence, suitable for couples, families with children,small groups, lone adventurers, artists and business travelers. ''Despite Kardamena being a largely new resort, there are still some interesting older examples of Greek and Italian architecture to be found, and the much older archaeological site just on the edge of the village. Evidence of past traditional life pops up in odd places - like the old flour mill. The village is well served with a variety of shops and small supermarkets. There are bakery shops, butchers, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, hairdressers , internet cafes, cash machines and bank - all the essentials that anyone might need. Alongside, there are the non-essential but very pleasurable jewellers, gift shops, clothes and shoe shops and lots of others besides!'' Tip for walkers: Hiking from Kardamena to the Antimachia Medieval Castle. If you stay in Kardamena, you can make nice half-day walking trip, following an old path that goes up to Antimachia castle, with great view over Kardamena and the central part of Kos island.
