Visiting the old medieval city and the cruise to lindos

Very close to the beach and very central

The food was very good and the price was reasonable

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The information supplied by the hotel was not good and you had to ask different staff members to figure out how things work. The hotel room was not smelling very well and they gave us a room above an outside bar that was playing music till late in the evening, not what you need if you travel will small kids.

(1) location - 20 meters far from the beach and 12 minutes by foot to the tourist information office (entrance to Rhodes old town); (2) breakfast and dinner buffets - varied, copious and healthy (lots of salads, fruits and veggies); (3) room - large, clean, thick curtains and silent air conditionning (very important items for sleeping time); (4) bathroom - large and well equipped; (5) three pools - large, sea water; (6) staff - kind ... but overloaded (selfishness of some customers does not help them). Outside this assessment, I want to say that I suffered overbooking the first night (and was transferred to another hotel); the staff "compensated" this inconvenience with free acces to the dinner buffet during my whole stay (it sounds reasonable, fair, honest, etc ... but, mmm, not all the hotels would do the same in that situation).

Some minor things should in my opinion be "reviewed" by the hotel management ... in order to have an "effective" 5.0 star place: (1) TV offer - old set and only 12 programmes; (2) chair and single sofa in my room were old and too used; (3) some days ... I had doubts about the effectiveness of the depuration system in the pools. In any case, I fully recommend this hotel and I am quite surprised by the "relatively low" marks that it has in booking.com; my proposal of the overall assessment to booking.com for my stay is arround 9,5.

It is a nice hotel near the city combines everything

I have stayed twice in this hotel and both times did not give me the room (view) I have booked. And of course it depends on the availability whether they can change it or not!.

Location,buiding,breakfast

Very small bedroom with low,unconfortable bed, one small,hard pillow.It was a single room,not a double,as you mention. Not great care for bathroom. Everything was very basic,not a pencil, not a tissue paper,not a piece of paper to write a note.Staff efficient but never a smile! Lot of patience to get some coffe at breakfast

J'ai aimé la proximité de la plage et l'emplacement proche de la vieille ville (1 km). J'ai aimé également le confort des chambres.

Le coté Usine, avec beaucoup de monde et notamment autour de la piscine et dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un cinq étoiles. L'hôtel est également vétuste et desuet. Le système de fermeture des porte de chambre fonctionnait très mal. La salle de gym est minuscule et le prix exhorbitant. Ce n'est pas justifié et ce service devrait être inclu dans le prix de base.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel. Très bel hôtel.

η καλή διάθεση του προσωπικού να ''δικαιολογήσουν'' τα 5 αστέρια. μόνο αυτό θύμιζε 5 άστερο ξενοδοχείο καθώς και το πρωινό από τον μπουφέ.καλή θέση για μπάνιο και πρόσβαση στη πόλη.

το παράθυρο με θέα θάλασσα δεν έκλεινε, με αποτέλεσμα να μην κοιμάσαι το βράδυ από τα τριξίματα που έκανε λόγω των ανέμων. η μπανιέρα ήταν σπασμένη σε δύο σημεία και πολλές φορές την ημέρα δεν είχε ζεστό νερό.το φαγητό, εκτός από τον πρωινό μπουφέ ήταν απαράδεκτο και πανάκριβο σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του. γενικά το ξενοδοχείο θύμιζε την έκφραση ''περασμένα μεγαλεία και διηγώντας τα να κλαίς''. χρήζει άμεσα σοβαρής ανακαίνισης.

Gran bell’hotel con imponente aspetto quando si arriva. Ottimi i dolci.

Hotel gestito in economia: personale insufficiente in sala da pranzo, tovaglioli di carta a cena, scarsa carta dei vini, lenzuola corte che non coprono tutto il materasso.

Voglio esprimere la mia totale soddisfazione per il soggiorno trascorso. Ottima la posizione , l'accoglienza ed il servizio in generale .Particolarmente soddisfatto per la cucina , sia a colazione che a cena con varietà di pietanze , ottima qualità e servizio impeccabile. Ci tornerei

Alcune zone sono in ristrutturazione e ogni tanto si avvere qualche rumore . Lievi odori di cucina in piscina
