Excellent location. Class facility. Average service for the extremely costly rate. Great place but not at all a value for the money. Not the friendliest or most helpful staff. Would recommend a boutique hotel in the historic district unless you are in Athens on government business.

Brilliant location, I even got a room with a view of the evzones, so I could watch the changing of the guard from my window. Free use of the pool and sauna during my stay so I could relax. Got to the hotel at 11am and they let me straight into my room even though check-in is 2pm. Wish they could have free wifi connection.

Lavishly appointed rooms and throughout the entire hotel. The deluxe suite was fabulous (we received an upgrade), the restaurant on the 8th floor was spectacular (food, wine selection and panoramic view). The hotel is well positioned in the city to see/visit the highlights (Acropolis, Plaka, museum, etc)

Very nice bar and restaurant on the top floor. Good rooms and amenities. This is a luxury hotel, you can see it and you feel it. We requested a room with 2 beds, they turned out to be single beds and not double so not confortable.

Beautifully furnished room with great views.Attentive and professional staff. State of the art bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Rooftop bar has magnificent views. Staying here was a highlight of the trip. It deserves a superb rating. A real professional outfit.

the pool area the strike in Athens. it meant we had to walk to our hotel because of the taxi strike and also leave 4 hours too early to make sure we made it to the airport.

The Spa facilities was so nice. Room was nice and house keepers was so pleasent. I found the conceirge was little strange as he came across unfriendly and didnt really care or seem happy to help out. As I approach him he said "yes"! Not too big of a deal.

לא אהבתי את הסיפור של ארוחות בוקר בנפרד (חייבו אותנו) הרי האתר כותב בפירוש כי המחיר כולל. הרגשנו נפגעים וגם לא יכולנו לעשות דבר בעניין מאחר שכבר סגרנו והיינו במלון. לא היה איש ישיר לטיפול בבעיה שלנו . נכון שדיברה איתנו מישהי בעברית אבל זה לא עזר. היה צריך מישהו סמכותי שיפתור את הבעיה

Absolute topklasse! Ontbijt op het dak was voortreffelijk, met ongehinderd uitzicht op de Acropolis. Luxe kamer, die een goede geluidsisolatie had en een geweldig bed. Heerlijk geslapen dus! Totaal geen klachten en als je ze al had, zouden ze zeker verholpen zijn door het voortreffelijke personeel.

Utterly superb luxury, finer than any of the London 5- stars. Just splendid. We were upgraded from junior suite booked to a full suite. Temporary problems with the Greek demonstrations outside the parliament near hotel

Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Syntagma Platz. Wunderschoene Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis in den Restaurants stimmt. Die Oeffnungszeiten des Pools sollten morgens frueher und abends laenger sein. Von 11 bis 17 Uhr ist es einfach zu warm fuer viele....

レトロで趣があってとても素敵。入口に入った瞬間からリッチな気分になれる。ハネムーンで予約したらシャン- パンをサービスしてくれました。ただアメニティに歯ブラシがついていなかったのが残念。

Good location. Friendly stuff. We could not open windows because of the irritating noise of ventilation system motors over ( or next to) our room. The restaurants are overpriced: simple food for haute cuisine price.

It was a beautiful hotel to stay in, the hotel staff were really friendly,and all spoke english which made it easier. It was lovely to step inside the hotel, it was an oasis from Athens(it was very hot when we where there)would stay here all the time if I could afford it.
