Lovely room with balcony and very comfortable beds. Excellent meal in the restaurant with amazing views.

The staff, location and the ambiance were exquisite. Very friendly people ready to help with all your needs. The view of the Acropolis and the Parliament building were breathtaking.

The room was the smallest I have ever slept in a hotel. There was no extra chair, no sofa. Two tiny beds designed for little children and not adults. I felt betrayed because the picture at the booking.com site for a classic double twin was so absolutely misleading. The room was on the butler reception floor

Location and Staff

The room was very small compare to what i paid for a Deluxe Double Room, working desk was just close to the Bed and not good space compare to what i paid.

Very good amplasament, nice view to Acropole from the top, elegant room, piscina...

From the moment we arrived the total focus was on the guest. The staff are amazing and were very helpful.The hotel and it's facilities were luxurious. While staying at the hotel staff went out of their way to assist us with one particular difficulty and did so willingly and with great attention.We will return to this hotel and will recommend it to others without reservation.

We loved everything and found no fault........................it was all very nice indeed.

El hotel es excelente, confortable, y muy bien ubicado. El restaurante en la terraza con vistas a la Acropolis es maravilloso. La atencion del personal es muy calida, profesional y eficiente.

Lo unico que no me ha gustado es la piscina interna, ya que el agua tenia una temperatura muy baja, lo que torna imposible su uso.

Well I have stayed in this hotel for the third time since 2010 And the service is just perfect,I could not find a single flaw In the hotel.the hotel is a bit on the expensive side,but with this service it's expected.

Good location, good service, excellent restaurant on the top of the building with its spectacular views over the city. Had no time to visit the SPA, hope do it next time.

With all respect for the history of the building, but to my opinion the rooms could use a little refreshment; the drapes (curtains) make it feel a bit heavy and dusty. The Wifi does not work as it should be in the rooms; very very bad connection!

It was amazing.

The laundry service was incredibly over priced and most of it came back with holes or stains that were not present when I submitted them. The opening hours for the spa were not flexible.

Brilliant location, I even got a room with a view of the evzones, so I could watch the changing of the guard from my window. Free use of the pool and sauna during my stay so I could relax. Got to the hotel at 11am and they let me straight into my room even though check-in is 2pm.

Wish they could have free wifi connection.

地段、装修、设施、服务，都无与伦比的好，不愧是雅典最好的酒店，正对宪法广场，阳台上还可以远远的看到卫- 城，不用担心会很吵，玻璃门的隔音效果不是一般的好，酒店的床上用品也是入住到现在最好的，让你巴不得脱光- 了睡进去。由于是蜜月，加上情人节前一天，酒店免费赠送了一瓶香槟和小盆草莓还有巧克力，太贴心了。酒店餐- 厅的食物也是非常的好，一个牛排餐35欧，稍微有点小贵，但是环境和味道无与伦比。

房间内无免费WIFI,早餐要花钱。不过高级酒店一般也都这样，没有办法。
