The location of the hotel is perfect, thus the staff speaks not very well English. The room service menue as well as the mini bar items are far overpriced. |

The professionalism of the staff, the variety at breakfast, the location of the hotel: both centrally situated but also quite secluded and with a sea view, the attractiveness of the lounge and bar. There was no pay-TV. |

Το πρωινό ήταν εξαιρετικό,με πλούιο μπουφέ κ μεγάλη ποικιλία στα φαγητά.Ο χώρος του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πολύ ζεστός με ωραίο κλασσικό στύλ.Το δωμάτιο είχε πολύ ωραία θέα.Οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου όσον αφορά το elixir club ήταν πολύ καλές κ με πολύ καλή τιμή σε σχέση με αυτά που προσφέρουν. Το ίντερνετ χρεώνεται ακόμα κ για μισή ώρα.Είχαμε ζητήσει διπλό κρεββάτι αλλά μας έδωσαν δύο μονά με κοινό προσκέφαλο,τα οποία χωρίζονταν πολύ εύκολα επειδή δεν υπήρχαν χαλιά στο δωμάτιο. |

Η θέση του του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, το πρωινό πλούσιο και γενικά οι παροχές του άψογες για την τιμή που μας εξασφαλίσατε. (100 ευρώ για δίκλινο με θέα θάλασσα και πρωινό). |

Ευγενικό προσωπικό, άνετο δωμάτιο (σουίτα), καλή τοποθεσία. Μας παραχωρήθηκε σουίτα ενώ κλείσαμε executive δωμάτιο, οπότε στην περίπτωσή μας η σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής απέβη πολύ ικανοποιητική. Το γεύμα στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ κατώτερο των προσδοκιών μας σε αντίθεση με το πρωινό. Ο υπάλληλος υποδοχήςφέρθηκε σχεδόν με αγένεια στο τηλέφωνο σχετικά με την κράτηση. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε κάποια διαρροή νερού με αποτέλεσμα να γλυστρίσει στο πάτωμα το δίχρονο παιδί μου. |

Η πολυτέλεια. Ο μπουφές πλούσιος, με επιλογές και για Light εδέσματα. Η θέα στο Θρακικό πέλαγος. Η αγένεια της ρεσεψιονίστ. Ήταν αμίλητη, αγέλαστη. Πότε οι νεαρές Ελληνίδες θα μάθουν ότι, τουλάχιστον, στον χώρο της εργασίας δεν είναι ούτε ντροπή, αλλά ούτε και επιλήψιμο να λένε καλημέρα. Δεν θα θεωρηθούν "παρδαλές" , εάν πουν μια καλημέρα. Του Θεού είναι!!!!!! |

Mocht u onverhoopt een keer iets te zoeken hebben in de stad Alexandroupolis, dan is de ligging van dit hotel uitstekend. Ook qua faciliteiten is het hotel zeer compleet. Groot pluspunt was het gratis en vooral snelle draadloze internet. En alle kamers mooi vrij uitzicht op zee! Grootste minpunt is eigenlijk de stad en omgeving. Als je er niet echt moet zijn sla het dan over. Verder was voor westerse begrippen het hotel wat oudbollig en rokerig en helaas was het buitenzwembad nog niet gevuld tijdens ons verblijf, wat voor een wat troosteloos plaatje zorgde (geen melding hiervan bij de booking). |
