the room was clean, comfortable and even cosy as the warm colours and the beautiful furniture made it look really welcoming. The breakfast was perfect with various choices and made me wish I could stay for more days to try everything. It was a real pleasure to stay there. |

Thessaloniki is full of smiling people, yet the front desk of this hotel seems to have forgooten to smile. This hotel has quite an old fashioned mind. Front desk was rude. Location seems unsafe. |

Very clean room, good breakfast, good value for money Problems on check-out with our credit card. Receptionist tried to fake that our credit card was not working, and than we must paid in cash. After that hotel hold our money on credit card for 14 days (on check-in card was authorize and total amount was reserved) |

the hotel is very fansy, very beautiful near the hotel there is no restaurants, the view from the window is the industrial area, the food in the hotel is very expansive and no one in the hotel wanted let us know that there is a super market near it where u can but food in lower prices. |

This hotel was simply magnificent. We were there only one night, but enjoyed the room and the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, service as well. Price quality relationship was simply excellent. All was perfect. Maybe one small thing could be improved: when breakfast time is over, the waiters should ask the guests if they would like to eat something else from the buffet before unmounting it. |

One of the nicest hotel in Thessloniki. Not in the center of the city but close and you can use very chip taxy service. Exceptionaly good valu for the money. I recomend it to any business or plesure traveler. Surrounding of the hotel is not nice. Swiming pool is small and souna does not work all the time. |

Beautiful hotel, excellent quality en suite room with fresh fruit and large bottle of water on arrival. Superb breakfast. Staff attentive. It's quiet. Good if you just want luxury, and happy to travel by taxi to anywhere. Wi-fi in lounge This hotel is not anywhere near the main tourist centre, so subsequently is a good taxi ride away, (and difficult to hail a taxi from the main area that wants to go there during the day!) The area surrounding the hotel is based on sales of agricultural shops or car repairs and parts, so basically nothing there including bars or restaurants. The picture of the hotel location were misleading, it is nowhere near the seafront, and not an area to go for a 'pleasant' walk in. No Wi-fi in rooms, but cable required to connect, my laptop did not want to work in the bed room |

Large room, quite, nicely decorated. The service in the restaurant is excellent. Surrounding environment around the hotel is deplorable – very bad aria, far from city center, nothing to see around; there is no shuttle bus between the hotel the airport. (However there is the regular bus 78 which goes to the airport) |

Hotel room is comfortable. Value for money. This is our own experience: shuttle bus service is not reliable. We were offered to be picked up at a certain time, but the bus never turned up. We had wasted 40 mins. of our valuable time waiting. In the end, we caught a taxi back to the hotel which was our original plan to do so. |
